I visited to catch up with a friend, and we decided to have afternoon tea. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food quality wasn?t up to standard ( the salmon wasn?t fresh and had an off smell) , and the scones tasted stale. Despite the place being more than half empty, after just 40 minutes, the staff started making us feel unwelcome with the way they looked at us. Overall, I didn?t appreciate the treatment and wouldn?t return.

Had an issue in caffe concerto Westfield London ( the village) but staff Gurkira T.K was very apologetic and kind and made sure I leave the place happy.
Definitely recommend her to become the branch manager.

It was a lovely place, decorated beautifully. We had the afternoon tea which they modified for our dietary needs, the chef even came to check which was lovely. However the service was a little lacking in other areas. We had to ask several times for water for the table, one of us ordered a cocktail but was given a mocktail, we asked the server if it had alcohol in it after none of us could taste it and he said yes, eventually he took it away to add more. We later saw on the bill that it was put through as a mocktail. The music at some points didn't really fit the surroundings which was a little jarring too.
Overall it is quite a middle of the road experience, the food was okay, and it was so nice they subbed out a few bits to fit our needs. The service was a little slow and non existent but the decor was lovely.

Had a lovely time with friends at Cafe Concerto for an afternoon tea. The staff, Arayimd and Madalina (not sure how to spell their name, sorry!) were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

Very nice looking cafe
Thats all it offers
Drinks were not good at all
Staffs dress properly, like in a 5 star hotel or fine dinning experience but the service offered was just bad
Supermarket quality scones, not a bakery quality as it should be for a place that offer afternoon tea

Told the waitress while she looked for tables that it?s my husbands birthday which she ignored.
Sadly the place was dirty. Out of 4 chairs at our table 3 had a lot of bread crumbs on them and one something sticky.
Used tissues on the floor under our table.
The flat white coffee with oat milk was undrinkable. I never did not drink my coffee but this one was really exceptionally bad (I checked; they have the good mashine, so it must be the beans/milk they use and maybe too much heat?). Just get the barista edition oat milk as a start.
The cakes were large but not great. Overly sweet.

No WiFi ! Got charged £71 to sit and eat in an atmosphere where staff were fighting in the kitchen, screaming , swearing and shouting. This is my regular breakfast place but will never go here again. I can see that this has happened before a year ago from a customers review and you have yet to fix this problem! I will be coming back to get a full refund and an apology, this service is not acceptable .

Shofi and Aravid were really fantastic in assisting us today! Food was great as well (including the serving size!). Overall, it was a right idea to hold our parents? 50th wedding anniversary here today. Thank you, Cafe Concerto!
