This store is just not it, unfortunately. Although in a convenient location, the staff attitude to customers is just extremely poor. Wanted to try on some shoes, and just as I was approaching the employees, who were all congregated in a corner of a store, they all dispersed, despite two of them looking me straight in the eyes.Really not respectful at all. I ordered the shoes online anyway but it'd be nice to at least try them on. I suggest you go to a different branch, or maybe I was just unlucky.

I went in yesterday to get my grandson an Arsenal top for his birthday..I?d had a severe migraine since I woke up and it got worse in Westfield with the lights,noise etc..I was waiting in the que when a sales assistant approached me and asked if I was ok..I explained I?m fine I just have a migraine but she could see I was suffering..she jumped on the till and served me signed me up for a discount and had me out of there quickly?that small piece of kindness made a huge difference to my day..thank you ??

Long queue to pay, only 1 cashier end up having to wait 20 minutes ONLY TO PAY!Update: it?s been few days since I bought a new t-shirt from this shop and I wanted to use it but they DID NOT REMOVE THE ALARM TAG! Unbelievable, 20 minutes waiting to pay and I still need to go back there to remove the tag so I can use the t-shirt!

I find myself in Adidas about once a month. The staff at the Westfield branch are always friendly and helpful. The store isn?t too busy so it?s easy to move around and find what you?re looking for.

I got served by a very helpful lady called Sky. This young lady was patience, friendly and helpful answering my questions on choice of footwear.This was a very pleasant experience following the poor attention from sour faced staff at JD in the same shopping centre.

The shoes I bought from there looked a bit worn off, I noticed this a few hours of buying it and when I went back to them straight away and they refused a refund because a manager wasn't in. I called customer services and they suggested that I visit another store. I went to the Bond street store, who were lovely, and they accepted the refund straight away. This store cares little about customer service and more about the store cash flow. The stock is dodgy and I?ll wouldn't recommend going here.

Took my autistic daughter in for new football boots, several shop assistants on hand to help and several pairs tried on, nothing was to much trouble, no one hurried us and the staff focused on making her feel special

You will get range of choice in every products . One of the biggest showroom in London. The store is easy to find and has a good . You find most of the new arrivals.Went for buying shoes, classic Adidas gym wear i felt there could be more offer and the space could be used better. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you want to buy the most recent selection there you go. If you need something more specific, stick to the website or the app. Amyway, with Adidas you cannot make a mistake

Adidas will always be a great brand, we always by in the stores . In this case our review has to be with the floor manager at Westfield Stratford, who is one of the most unrespecful, rude and racist person we ever had to deal with,not only to clients but also to their employees, and these is a horrible situation to be put in. Because I understand they want to keep their jobs and that is why the have to put up with her rudeness. She should be train to respect people as she is working with them.

Usually nice and quiet and hardly hassled, the layout is somewhat confusing at times that differentiate men's or women's clothingAccessories are dotted all over the place though there is a big range of mostly running, lifestyle trainers and a few hiking style ones
