The Acorn team, namely Godefroy Herissay have provided an excellent service from inception through to exchange of contracts. My sale had several complications (through no fault of Acorn) and Godefroy was very diligent in navigating through it all. He has been extremely communicative the whole way through the process and I'd highly recommend them.

My flatmate and I have been really happy with the service that Damian has provided - it feels like he truly does care and we were sad to realise upon moving in that he won?t be our property manager! It?s always the case with good employees that there aren?t enough of them to go around. He has been incredibly responsive at every stage of the letting process, keeping us updated and helping us with any questions we had about the logistics (we had a couple of complications with the moving date but he was honest with us and did his best to help us from the start). I only wish that every estate agent had this kind, helpful attitude! Moving can be incredibly stressful around work (we both have very high intensity jobs with long hours), so we appreciate his support hugely. I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves (and that others follow his example)

Damian Agbodza is the most helpful agent in Acorn. Despite not being my property manager, he has been able to solve issues that my own property manager couldn?t. Very happy with our experience selling (and also originally buying) our flat with George and Bruno at Acorn. We had an offer on the property quickly and communication between all parties through Acorn was quick and efficient. They provided good advice on how to market the property which ultimately led us to getting a price for the flat that we were happy with despite it being a though time to sell.
