Would highly recommend ace hair and beauty.Excellent customer service. I had a full package. Kelly was amazing and coloured my hair exactly the way I wanted. She was very kind and her recommendations were excellent. The owner, his communication, was very quick and helped me and ensured I was happy with everything before I left. Definitely would highly recommend this salon and will be seeing you soon again !!!!

From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued client thanks to the incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional staff.The hairdresser who worked on me was a true expert at her craft. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted in a patient, consultative way. I immediately felt like I was in capable hands. She provided expert advice and recommendations that made me feel at ease throughout the multi-step process.Not only did she do a phenomenal job with the highlights, keratin treatment, Olaplex, cut and blowout, but she made the experience enjoyable with her charming personality. Her demeanor was warm, engaging and thoughtful every step of the way.The entire staff at ACE treated me with the utmost care and attention. The receptionist who booked my appointment was courteous and efficient. The assistant who washed and prepped my hair was gentle and respectful. Everyone worked seamlessly together to provide an environment of ultimate professionalism and top-notch customer service.I walked out of the salon thrilled with my fresh, radiant hair. I had such a lovely experience today at ACE hair and beauty. I booked a wash cut and blow dry having never been to this salon before. Marte was amazing so friendly and I am so happy with my haircut and blow dry. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you??

Booked for a cut and blow dry came out with just a blow dry. Communication skills is 0 and the woman didn?t understand English even though I said I wanted it cut. She just began to blow dry my hair m without cutting. The curly blow dry was £27 and lasted for an hour and a half but came out flat. Never again!!

Best hair and beauty in north London!!The team are so welcoming and kind and I always leave feeling beautiful.I always get compliments on my eyebrows and hair for special occasions. they have really reasonable prices and free parking right outside!Thanks to Rahil and Marta ??????

I used this salon twice, the first time I came everything went great and I therefore booked in another treatment. However, the first time I used treatwell and the owner asked me to use their app (salon has its own app) if I was to come back again. In the spirit of supporting I downloaded and booked my second treatment through their app.When I turned up and started my treatment, the owner whilst doing the treatment started saying she was doing extra, as if she was going me a favour. I was really confused by the comment as she was doing exactly what I booked. However, she mentioned the fact that she was doing extra again towards the end of the treatment. It made me feel quite uncomfortable as she was making out that she was going me some massive favour even though I paid for exactly what I go. When it came to the end and I had to pay, she realised that I paid for the treatment she gave me and there were no ?extras?. However, rather than apologise she started saying that I got a really cheap deal and asked me where I got it from. I said I booked it through their app as I was asked. She was then really shocked and kept saying how cheap I got the treatment. I got a deep cleaning facial, they charged me £52 for 50 minutes. For this kind of treatment in my area it costs £50-60 and varies between 50 mins and an hour. So £52 was very average, however, she kept saying they usually charge over £100.The whole thing was very uncomfortable and I have not come back since and will not return. It is a shame because the salon is really clean and nice, the treatment was also good but because of how I was treated I do not recommend this place.

My first experience at ACE in North Finchley was amazing! They managed to book me last minute to have my hair done and were very attentive and welcoming. My hair looks beautiful now, and I feel my confidence has been given back to me, especially as a new mum.I would highly recommend this place! Definitely coming back!
