Spontaneous ear piercing (had been anticipating for a while). Got 3rd piercings (topmost on lobes). Was served by supervisor Ritika who was a delight. Wonderful and professional customer service. She genuinely cared about the piercing and my preferences. Thank you Ritika. Great attention to detail.

Five stars for the Accesorize store near Coven Garden train station. Beautiful store, organized, with a super friendly saleswoman, I didn't ask her name, but this lady was so special, that right now, I'm sitting on the couch in my house, I'm making a list of all the kind people I met during the week, and I remembered her. Excellent and professional customer service. Many, many thanks to you. I was in the store on Thursday the 21st, around 4/5pm. ??

I got an ear piercing here last Saturday and it was a pleasant experience! Ish did my piercing and she was friendly, professional and easygoing and made the whole procedure fun, relaxed and quick. The piercings are quite affordable, more than Claire's. I definitely would recommend.
