With this delivery service, I was able to pick out a new suitcase via Whatsapp while having dinner. The new suitcase was delivered to the hotel while I was out. Such an amazing service, so convenient, and a life saver! The prices are great too and they will work with your budget. Can't say enough good things.”

“Fortunately it's open from 10am on a Sunday and worth a visit before the supermarkets let shopping start from 11am. Lots of lovely items which make good gifts or generally give a feeling of class and quality. The staff were chatty and welcoming, they pointed out a few things without being overbearing recognising my preference for browsing randomly. A range of clothes, homeware, furniture and everything in between. Slightly pricey but a choice of items on sale too.”

“I went in mid-week and cannot say enough good things about the beautiful designs and the staff. I spent an hour with my partner trying to pick a necklace for our wedding party. I went back and forth and couldn’t make a decision but the lovely staffer that helped me was patience itself, helpfully suggesting things and scurrying around to find accompanying pieces without ever being pushy. She even repaired a necklace there and then when I noticed that a couple of the stones were missing (even though I didn’t go on to buy it, which I felt very guilty about!). It was amazing to find so many vintage designs in store (I picked a design I haven’t seen for years) and Simon Wilson was also around and chattering with the staff. Vivien has cleverly created proper, beautifully constructed future collectibles - very different from many other repro brands.
