Quoted a price online only to receive a final invoice with additional charges due to lack of communication with driver not informing me he was waiting downstairs. I was also charged a loading/unloading fee even though I carried the goods to the van myself and helped load them onto the back.

Had one of their cyclist purposefully speed up to try and hit me or scare me. Then The cyclist proceeded to shout and swear at me. This isn?t the first time it has happened either, I think the company should be doing more to stop this sort of abuse happening. I would never consider using this company.

Unfortunately I had one of their drivers display un necessary road rage towards me which included sticking his middle finger out the window at me and then cutting me off and slowing down. I may have made a mistake by coming into his lane, but the retaliation was rude and unsafe. I'd choose a courier with more courteous and professional drivers.

Witnessed exceptionally unprofessional conduct by an Absolute courier today. Cycling on a pedestrian only path in Green Park - there are many, many signs making clear that cycling is not permitted. The courier proceeded to become incredibly aggressive towards a mother with her two young children. I have never witnessed this kind of behaviour before and am completely shocked that a courier would act in this way whilst riding a branded bike. Will be reporting to the police.

The ABSOLUTELY WORSE!!!! service in London. On Friday at 3pm I booked direct bike from South London to our office, in Camden. The package picked up at 4pm hasn't arrived in the office for 2.45min it is still not with me, from the address to our office walking distance google maps shows as 2.15min. Therfore I belive my courier is having a nice walk. I wanted to leave office one evening on time and now I have been on the phone to the people who works at absolutley for about 30min. They are lying to me and saying it has been a direct bike. What a horrible company. We are closing our account with them first thing when back in the office. I know it's a long review but I have been on hold for about 20 min so I got borred.

Seriously dangerous riding from one of your red-light jumping couriers in Bloomsbury today. Will never use your service after this guy's clear disregard for road safety. Disappointing, as cycle couriers could be the answer to so many of London's problems...

Awful service and a terrible couriering company. The staff are tone deaf and there's a guy called Bruce who has a real attitude problem. Avoid this company at all cost
