DO NOT BOOK with this travel agent. Me and my family had a really bad experience and bad customer service. When we got back from umrah they did not deal with any complaints professionally and did not take any accountability on their side. They are quick to take money and promise to help you but once payment is made they dont reply. Im disgusted and traumatised after booking with them and wished me and my family booked directly instead. We thought it would be better and less hassle travelling with a disabled and elderly parent. The agent who we booked with was awais.
