Best Tesco locally stocks everything. Only criticism is constantly moving things past 2 months, frustrating. Good massive car park.Thanks to Tracey, Penny 2 best members of staff easily.

Slovenly:
Picture shows about 3 or 4 dozen discarded zip ties next to the banner at the entrance to the car park.
Discussed with manager Rupinder on Monday 18th August. She promised to get it cleaned up & that it wouldn't be repeated.
This is lazy, don't-give-a-toss behaviour. Draw your own conclusions about how well they're looking after your food.

I was in here Sunday, did self checkout, I packed 3 bags when the till decided to stop scanning. I called for help he said I needed to use another till, I said I was not going to take it all out of the bags. I work for a supermarket so I know how to work the tills. I asked him to put me to the screen where I could type the barcode in because he's barcode wouldn't work. He called for someone else to come. She said he barcode wouldn't work. But by this time she left the keyboard on the screen, she lied because it worked. I bought stuff clubcard price couldn't scan my card didn't realize until bedtime I paid full prices. The staff was not helpful at all

I?m a regular at this Tesco as I live near and always buy here for my surprise I got really disappointed on the night of the 31st March 2025 at 22:00 I went to buy some items, to my surprise at the self checkout there was no any bags so I ask one of the employees if i could have one bag?. They said NO WE don?t have Bags!!! This is ridiculous how I?m supposed to carry my items without a bag??? I?m even paying for the bag !!! After me waiting there to and thinking to go purchase the expensive bags as I had no other solution apparently one other lady brought some bags!!!
This is honestly ridiculous they couldn?t be bothered to go get some bags instead they were saying to people we don?t have any!!!! Many customers left carrying their items honestly embarrassing

I?ve just visited this store for a particular product (see picture). Initially, it was not on the shelf so I went to ask a member of staff called Moh, who was having a conversation with another member of staff and he just responded saying ?I don?t know, go to the Leyton store? and just continue with his conversation. He did not even attempt or look like he was trying to help. Not the service you expect and will not be asking a member of staff for help again as it?s clearly a huge inconvenience for them. Poor service

My local supermarket for over 15 years.
Some real nice members of staff that are always friendly and polite.
Only had one incident one evening when I brought a few items only to get home to remember I forgot milk,
To mention I live right next door to Tesco so went straight back only to be told by security to stand by the door till a manager comes.
At the time the the two security guards didn't explain the reason so I stood there thinking something my of happened in the store but after a few minutes I saw people going in.
I then asked what's going on only to be told a manager would speak to you in a minute.
After a few minutes a manager plus worker came over and told me I wasn't allowed in so I explained that I was here not even 5 minutes ago and what was the reason why I wasn't allowed in ?
I was told I got caught on camera stealing along with another person lol ???
I told them I've been coming here for 15 years and not once had a problem plus you've seen me in here plenty of times only to be told they have never seen me before lol ??
The funny thing is even the trolley guy from Tesco that I speak to along with a homeless guy that was outside explained that I come in everyday and I was in there before not so long ago but the manager didn't want to know.
Long story short Mrs ended up going but did have a word with the security only to be laughed at which was rude.
Besides that no problems and value for money ?
Would of given the 5 but hey only fair to knock off the two due to that reason.

Good for finding things that you can't find in the big immigrant infested store

People who visit this Tesco never make way or have any etiquette in being in public.
Early today I was shopping with a basket and was going to checkout.
A woman, her daughter and an employee of the store didn't move out of the way. There was no way for me to move around them and they stalled me there for a good few minutes.
There is no public awareness at all! People don't move out of the way, people just pluck themselves in your way and refuse to move.
These Tesco baskets are heavy!!! Why can't you invest in Lidl trolley baskets?
It ruined my shopping experience, having to hold heavy items because no-one would move.

Great place...still have real people at the tills if you have a large shop. Make sure you have a Clubcard though otherwise you are gonna lose big time!
