Review for Mcdonald in Leytonstone.
I just want to say a special thanks to IVA. This lady is so amazing She is very welcoming, generous and always happy to help. She is very friendly with kids. Also she is always cleaning the place making sure the area is clean for the customers. She is a good aset to Mcdonald . Because her we visit this place every week and my kids love her.
Thanks IVA for your dedication and hard work.

this place was absolutely horrific, there were dead flies everywhere, the tables were not clean and upon asking the manager to clean it, he said they didn?t have disinfectant. atrocious behaviour will NEVER be returning

Queue seemed very long on joining but it was actually very quick to get through.
The mcdonald's side of the operation is good. The main problem is the attitude of the other drivers not wanting to give up any space when the lanes merge, which can be the biggest cause of stress here.

I have placed an order on Just eat and more than once some of my food has been missing I have contacted mcdonalds about it and they haven't done anything to resolve this issue the food is OK the service however is diabolical I am writing this review because of the countless times this has happened in person and online I am not happy with the service I have called the restaurants number countless of times but the operator says this number isn't recognised as I have said I am deeply angry and upset as this is my go 2 restaurant but every single time they have failed to give me the good customer service I will not be buying from this mcdonlads again.

Be aware, you can get a penalty charge at this McDonald's car park if they do not see you at their premises. If you left your car there for a half an hour , pay cash for food, did not keep the receipt - you have no proof against them. The evidence for a penalty will be 6pic of your car at their parking with time on it 14:54 and 15:00.
They claim I left my car at their car park while left premises of MacDonalds. The appeal against it was not successful. They would not give any evidence I was not there but were threatening to take me to the court if I don't pay as they are bailiffs. Macdonald's Customer service was useless. They told me to appeal as they cannot do anything.
I was a loyal customer for years, but will never return back to this place.
