Ordered a drink, sat down. Staff started doing other things e.g collecting deliveries, sharing jokes, general chat. The cafe was very quiet so they weren't busy serving other customers. After 10 minutes my husband went to ask about my order. They then re took my order and started making it, no apology or acknowledgement for having forgotten it. The male staff member who was meant to take my order was on his phone, stepped on my husband's feet while pushing past him and offered no apology to me or my husband. Wouldn't bother coming here again :)

Rudest staff I have ever come across. Attitude for no reason. Young boy with the black hair/ beard rolled his eyes for absolutely no reason after I kindly asked for a take away cup. 0/5* for service. He should go out and see the sunlight more often

Just popped in my local Tesco and always have my Costa coffee there. I always sit at the back to avoid the shopping noise and then a lovely sitting there as so much peace. Was 3.30om peak time Saturday 2nd of November and a lady working there called Indre refused me sitting there as she said ?she needs to clean the floor there as they will be closing soon?I ask what time they close she said 6.30pm. 3 hours still left and closed the back. Was very upsetting so I just walk out.

I have eaten here twice this month and both times the food was barely edible, the service is poor.The gentleman serving is very attentive to young attractive women, which I'm not one of, and very dismissive of the rest of us. This week he forgot my toastie as he was very busy discussing ice and fruit with the young girl behind me.
I certainly won't be stopping here again, I will save my money and have my treat at home.
Vegetarian options: Not easy to find amongst the non vegetarian, and it is more expensive than sandwiches/food with meat. Not sure how you justify that

Super rude staff. One staff was listening to a conversation of two customers and the other staff turned their back to us to fiddle around with some boxes (not even unpacking them)
My friend is very soft spoken so when she ordered and the staff didn't understand her they gave a rude 'What?'
Overall just not inviting at all.

I went to pick up some food with too goo too go, and I went a bit in late cause I went at the wrong costa. But Angel the guy at counter when I arrived was very lovely and help me to sort it out! Thank you so much :)

Rude staff who get order wrong and waiting to be served while they're having a conversation and turn the blame on you for not been patient. And he has the cheek to say are regulars come first.

I just want to personally Thanks Ashley based at Terminal 3. She was very friendly and Intentive. I had a very long shift working in heathrow she saw how tired I was, I had forgotten to show her my pass. Luckily she saw my pass and initially sorted my discount. After a miserable day she made me fell appreciated! I have never had such fast quick service with an extra boast of morale. Thank you soo much I hope good fortunes for you. I must say the Rest of the team are amazing! Keep it up, I'll definitely be returning back as your regular !

The food that I ordered was okay however upon ordering I noticed that the cakes and pastries that were on display that we were urged to buy had flies in it. Allowing insects to roam where food is being prepared and served is unhygienic and downright poor service. If they allow such things to be displayed to customers, who knows the type of environment the actual kitchen has also.
