I spent a small fortune in this shop on replacement of some of my stolen tools. I phoned to say there was a problem with the blade retainer on the jigsaw, and they said they were too busy to help! However, some months later, I made the horrendous journey through ltn enhanced traffic to either get it fixed or get a part to repair it myself. The chap that served was so smug beyond belief. He informed me that it's now out of warranty and not his problem! He would not provide or order any spare parts. I also asked for a couple of screws to secure a router guide bush, which he supplied. Oh no. We don't sell screws he said!! I was thoroughly disgusted with zero star customer service and got faaaarr better service from a local Toolstation. Shop now best avoided in my unfortunate experience.

What a lovely company to buy from. They have been so helpful sorting out a problem with a door latch I ordered from them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tools and hardware.

Excellent price, delivery and customer service experience with a recent Festool plunge saw purchase. There was a small issue with the saw which was immediately rectified by James from Toucan - top service and much appreciated!

I remember the showroom upstairs was excellent where they had all the tools displayed, not the same now as its closed off the 1st floor section

Did a quick online search for a plunge saw and guide rail and Toucan tools had a package deal that appeared too good to be true.I hadn?t heard of them before so checked the reviews and all seemed ok so took the ?plunge? and made my purchase.Within an hour had an email to say it had been shipped, then the very next day it was delivered, in less than 24hrs from purchase!!I?m absolutely made up with the speed and service and will definitely be buying my tools from Toucan in the future!

Staff need to be customer focused, it takes 3x as long to purchase something as it does in toolstation or screw fix.
