Lie! There's no pharmacy here, a waste of time. I waited 15 minutes for the pharmacy to open, and it turns out they were lying. I could have gone somewhere else in that time.

Can't EVER do a full shop as there's always stock missing. Management none the wiser though as it's never present pretending to do work elsewhere. Always have to pass through a gauntlet of junkies and drunks who mark it their territory with lakes of piss all over the place.

I have been going to this Tesco for many years due to location. Sadly it has gotten worse and worse. The self check out machines very rarely work, many are out of order which results in large queues. The car park is only ONE HOUR! Twice I have been fined due to waiting in these long queues. There is hardly any till services, just one or two open despite the broken self checkout machines. Aisles are a mess, you often find mouldy or expired goods on shelves. This is supposed to be a supermarket, yet they do not have that much in stock. No clue why this hasn't undergone refurbishment or any improvements. If you can, definitely go to the Leytonstone Tesco instead. Also a lot of fake 5 star reviews which is strange.

Low quality fruit and veg that doesn?t really taste of anything. Only battery chicken breasts available now (no higher welfare options). Big shame.
Staff are great though.

It's convenient that this Tesco closes later than other Tescos on Sundays, but unfortunately, there are a lot of issues in this Tesco.
Random items often go out of stock and if you're looking for specific ingredients, it is best to shop elsewhere because this Tesco does not have a very broad range of products. I often don't find what I'm looking for here.
The app is not updated enough to show what items are out of stock, which is annoying.
The prices of items are often not updated on the system, so if something appears to be on discount in the store, it will not show up on the till. This is deceptive and a waste of time.
There was an older Asian lady who basically accused me of stealing an item that very obviously is not sold in this Tesco. I have been shopping here for many years and I found her approach to be disrespectful and quite frankly, rude.
Most of the workers speak their own language which is not a problem in itself, it's just that some of them can be racist to people who are not their own. Some can be a little dismissive and reluctant to show you where products are in the store.
The store itself can be quite dirty. I often see onions that have gone off. However, I do see workers attentive to spills.
You often see so many cages lying around. I don't understand why there needs to be so many out at a time? This makes the store not very wheelchair/pram-user accessible.
There are never any baskets available, you have to grab one from a till. I admit that they have improved on this one; I am seeing baskets available lately. But what happened to the little blue basket/trolley?
On a separate note, some of the trolleys need to be fixed. It's not pleasant having to hear noises while pushing a broken trolley.
Some of the workers are very friendly and it is worth noting that if you see an item that is not yet on the shelf but appears to be in a loading trolley/cage, you can just ask for it and a worker will bring it out for you. This is nice and why I rate this store 2 stars instead of 1. A few of the workers will check if items are in stock for you.
All in all, if you're not too bothered by incompetent workers and you just want to shop at a place that's open at convenient times, this is the place for you.

Had a disappointing experience at Tesco. I paid for my lunch separately from my friend, but when I joined her after checkout, a staff member questioned me about whether I had paid. She asked which machine I used and if I had used my club card, making me feel like I was being accused of something. I understand the need for security, but the approach felt rude and unprofessional. Better customer service would go a long way

Saw a poor innocent lady get robbed at the cash point. The security man didn't care one bit and stated that it 'happens all the time' - so be very careful when using the ATM as the 'security' won't care!!
