Went to screw fix for the first time yesterday and the staff member who helped was Hussain and he was amazing extremely help-full.
I hope rate my experience 10/10 and definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Very bad experience at this store.
Rude staff. Went for a product and it was in stock the guy came out put it on the counter, then he checked he's computer and said I have a problem I need to contact my manager. Great no problem, he came back and said sorry I can't sell you this item I said why he said I don't know my manager said we can't sell it I ask can you explain why, he couldnt so i left... Train your staff gonna close my account with them ....

Well, well, well, and there I was believing that in my almost 68 years of age, I had experienced the whole spectrum of rudeness, from mild all the way to unbelievable.
To my amazement, there is still a higher level, this Screwfix branch.
I hate leaving this negative review because every time I visited your shop, I was treated so well, but this time I was served by an astonishingly rude young man at 5pm on 14th August.
I can say categorically this is the rudest I have ever come across.
I won't go back, needless to say. Why should I?! I live in London and I'm spoilt for choice
by the hundreds of far much better alternatives where I always feel welcomed.
However, on reflection, to be fair on this young man, maybe, unbeknown to me, he may have been boycotting the company for X, Y, or Z, targeting its clients when I walked in, but...who gives a fig?
Good luck to you! With that attitude, you need it!
