Having been waiting on a signed special delivery 2 days in a row as they've not attempted to deliver while I've been home even though it was supposed to be by 1pm on both. No attempt, no slip at all yet you keep changing the status at around 4pm every time to attempted delivery no one home. This is outrageous. IT'S MEDICATION. I don't know what to do as the delivery office is ALWAYS closed. I need my medication so bad

Been waiting a week for my birthday parcel. Atrocious service from royal mail this month. Absolutely fuming, been chasing my parcel like a headless chicken. IF U CANT DELIVER IT. LEAVE IT SOMEWHERE I CAN GET IT. Failing to even do that is what is making me mad!

Drivers won't bother to enter flat buildings to deliver the parcel will only mark online that nobody was home even if you're there waiting for them.Never leave any missed delivery cards either. Constantly have to check online for updates. Feel sorry for elderly who doesn't understand how to operate online.Delivery office opening times are ridiculous... for working individuals its not even possible to collect the parcel.If you decide to be opened only for 2 hours and have drivers who dont bother to get in the building to deliver stuff at least open the office late evening so people get a chance to collect their orders themselves.

Most of the Staff is always ill, miss post several times. Phone never answered. Normal Royal Mail customer service is also bad as they'll answer you after 45 minutes and often its the wrong person, he/she'll give you another number to call and wait another 45 minutes if lucky. Proper chaos.

Always poor service they are only open for 2 hours every morning and you will still be left ringing the bell dozens of times before someone comes to the counter. Always ends up being atleast a ten minute wait.

Notification that parcel would be collected on 18 September but postman only put labels on parcel and said van would collect. Nothing happened and complaints department said it would be collected by end of week. Nothing again. Totally disgusted

Not good. Reduced opening times from 8am till 10am. Ridiculous. Cut backs and cut backs. All the big companies only interested in profit. Dont care bout staff or customers. Sad state of affairs just like with the country. Crooked government crooked big business.

Parcels get marked as if they are the recipient fault when they are short of staff; rather than accept the blame so they don?t have to refund their fees from their 1pm guarantee.

Lazy postman, not all, just the one who had the duty to deliver a special delivery on the 1st of August but didn?t. He didn?t even drop a red notice paper just because he lied he was here but no answer. I waited especially until 13:00 and he marked his attempt to ?deliver? at 12:18, when I was at home, I have two door bells, one of them even with camera! For such rubbish services, Royal Mail will be more and more avoided! You mock my money!!!

*READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO THIS BRANCH*Latest as of 28/07/23This branch is only open 8am - 10am for the forseeable. Went down there today at lunchtime and it was shut despite it being listed on here as open. There weren't any sign posts up where people can actually see it (there's one bit of damp A4 paper by the door, but the gate is locked so you're standing about 4 meters away so can't even see it).Luckily I ran into a really lovely postie who explained they are reducing this branch's opening hours to recoup the money lost with the strikes & told me the actual opening hours so I can come back another time. Just annoying there's no note of this anywhere online before you make the journey (like I did - an hour long round trip on my very limited lunchbreak!).RM - please update the hours online and make the sign at the branch actually readable.

Don't understand what is going on. My parcels have all been missing there targeted delivery date. I come here to collect but the staff here tells me it's out for redelivery even when I didn't request it. Its been a hell of a month of missing parcels and unscheduled redelivery. I have requested refunds for so many deliveries which I have not had to request before. Service has just gone down.

I booked a redelivery and they supposedly attempted delivery on the date requested, except they didn't, because I was definitely in and there was no one at the door. I am fairly certain it was a 'fake' delivery attempt.
