Not a welcoming or friendly environment. It is unclear where to park, and the signs are confusing. The receptionist was rude, speaking in a very unprofessional, street-like manner. It felt more like dealing with a ?roadman? than a customer service representative.

This Kwik Fit Branch - very very slow same like NHS A&E department, customer service very poor, they lied instantly when I ask them why they give me appointment time if they unable to meet. My appointment was I arrived at 11.45am as my appointment was 12pm for a very small job and I had to wait 4 hours to ask them start working on my car. They actually do not care. Dear customers try look for different branch. They job also not clean and I saw a customer entered with a child in their work station. I could post some pictures but I think its not good. Needs investigating ?.

Was told during my MOT that my nearside repeater was not working and needed a replacement bulb. I was than shown a single blister pack 501A bulb and quoted for the change. Firstly the bulb was incorrect as my car requires a clear 501 and not a amber one. Secondly I did see my side repeaters working during the test as I viewing from outside. I Initially refused the work and said I'll change it myself but than was told I could not drive my car as it wouldn't have a valid MOT even though it had 28 days left and this lamp issue would be classified as major and not dangerous so the original expiry date should apply. The member of staff said each test centre has it's own policy. I still refused as I believed this to be incorrect at which point he told the MOT tester to not to change the bulb at which point he removed the cover even though I didn't agree to change it (I presume to replace the working bulb with a blown one) so a part was removed during the MOT before I agreed to the work. Later on I asked if I can bring it back the next day for a free retest and was told no spaces were available and it would cost me half the price of an MOT. At this point I agreed to the work at which point the MOT tester removed the bulb cover again to replace the bulb (this SHOULD have been the first time the cover was opened). After the MOT called your customer service who corrected the manager on the MOT procedure and was given a refund. I would like to add that I do all servicing and maintenance on my cars my self and I stock trade packs of bulbs so a large chain garage showing a single blister pack (incorrect) bulb to a customer feels like an obvious sales technique. Also as I paid using Gpay the refund was not possible and was told to come back the next day to sort it which was done by bank transfer. The centre seems to be under different management this year as previously it was more professional. Watch out for the rate of MOT failures at this centre due to side repeaters not working as it's a minute job to replace and be extra cautious if shown a single blister pack bulb as large garages would buy trade packs in bulk. This is a sales technique. Also, know your rights which state you can do the repair yourself and still drive on the original MOT to bring back for a retest. If seen the next working day it must be free.

Few weeks ago took my car down because I was worried it was making strange noises! Aron told me to come in and he?ll take a look! Very very amazing experience!
