Good machine car wash, doesn't really clean the wheels and won't be thorough. But if you're looking for a quick and dirty (excuse the pun), then this does the job at a eco- budget.

Average! Your car seems to come out the same on most wash options. I wouldn't bother going for rain protection or premium wash. Also water marks are always left on your windows so expect to dry them yourself to get the best results

So the machine part that actually washes the car is nice and works well, hence why this review is not 1*.
The staff on the other hand is so rude it's unbelievable. They clearly don't want to be there and the annoyance on their face shows it. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I'm there they seem more annoyed than the last time.
Another weird thing is the vacuum cleaner they have for the car floor. They have a machine that you can use for 1£ but it's broken so instead there is a manual vacuum. Except when I tried to pay the guy to use the manual vacuum he said that one costs £10!?
