I?ve given 3 stars as I was really dismayed to see 2 members of staff sitting in the food prep/cooking area eating. I?m sure there is some contravention of hygiene standards. Staff should have a proper staff area and break area to rest/eat. They should have even sat at a table in the front of the store. It puts into question their standards.

Very bad experience here, staff are rude. I saw a mice and the food is very bad taste. Do not go here at all.

Really good food, especially with the "Naga Mango" sauce if you're into spicy food. The "Naga" sauce is a much spicier option for you folks who like to torture yourselves. My personal favourite is the burger and 3 wings with the Naga mango sauce with French fries ( chips ) as a side. The atmosphere is decent but I prefer take away.

This is the worst chicken shop I have ever experienced. Avoid it at all costs. The hygiene standards are appalling, and the staff are dishonest. Part of my order was missing, and the food I did receive was cold. The chicken was tough and plasticky, while the chips had been double-fried, tasting of old, stale oil. I will be reporting this to the local council to request an inspection from the environmental health team, as well as informing the Food Standards Agency.

I?ve been a regularly here for a couple of years and I?ve never thought to leave a review but Dixy has been so consistent, it deserves it?s praise. I always get the plain spicy chicken burger, 3 wings, chips and drink with the naga chilli sauce. As always the chicken was tender, cooked perfectly and even my mum ,who is not a chicken shop fan, said that the only bad about this experience is that it had to end. Highly recommend

Naga wings are to die for! Best chicken around, they got their recipe on point! Proper crisp. Always my go to place!!

Just ordered off Ubereats worst food clearly the chicken was old and the burger was so dry probably prepared a long time ago won?t be ordering again!!!

The food was horrible, and the staff was so polite that their told the costumers that they could wash their hands behind the counter where the public isn't allowed and one of the staff male older gentlemen giving way lots of food aswell.

I Dont Usually Go To Any Random Chicken Shop But This Has Topped The 5 Star Ratings Massively! The Owner Was A Very Much Friendly & Courteous Gentleman & Most Importantly The Food Was Fresh & On Point! I Cannot Lie I Will Be Back Again! A Great Shout For A Good Bite To Eat! & A Must Try!
