However, my most recent experience there was truly exceptional.About a week ago, I purchased a clothing item for my mom, only to discover that it wasn't her liking when she tried it on. I decided to return it for a refund, but to my surprise, it turned out that the item hadn't been properly scanned during my initial purchase - in other words, I hadn't actually paid for it in the first place.I was fortunate to encounter Hina, an incredibly kind and generous staff member, who provided me with a refund in the form of a gift card. This unexpected turn of events left me delighted, as it allowed me to choose something else for my mom. It was truly wonderful experience, and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome!”

“I have been getting my click & Collect from this branch since 2020. I have to stay the staff are all very friendly and helpful.I like the new system where you can deposit your returns. Which is quick and easy. Plus you get a receipt as proof.Only one criticism sometimes there is only one person at the till point. Which isFrustrating. Overall I recommend this branch. There also is free parking too which is a rarity.”
