Big group of around 15 men talking so loud. I can?t even give my order because of the noise levels. I can?t sit there anymore and puts me off buying my coffee from there. The high noise levels means it?s not a comfortable atmosphere. They also smoke by the door and the smell wafts in. I?ve told the staff about this but they offer no solution. Today they sat around the kiosk and it was difficult to pass through. Bakers arms leyton.

All the stuff including the manager are always friendly and helpful.
They are making amazing coffees and it a nice place to relax after or between my shifts Thank you guys for the lovely hospitality

This Costa shop lacks a cozy coffee vibe. The sofas are old and appear unclean, making the environment uninviting. I would prefer not to come here, but it's the only Costa near my house if I want to enjoy a coffee.
Additionally, the quality of the cappuccino is inconsistent. Some days it's not great, while on other days, the milk is overheated, making it hard to drink?something quite unusual for a cappuccino. Overall, this location doesn't offer the warm and welcoming atmosphere you'd expect from a coffee shop.

I?ve been visiting the Costa Coffee Bakers Arms branch regularly, and I?m consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the manager and the team. The manager leads by example, fostering a welcoming and professional environment that makes each visit a delight. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in the way the team works together?always friendly, attentive, and ready to go the extra mile.
The staff consistently deliver prompt and high-quality service, even during busy times. It?s clear they genuinely care about creating a positive experience for every customer. Whether it?s the warm smiles, the extra effort to personalize orders, or simply ensuring the café is clean and inviting, the team here deserves recognition.
Special shout-out to the team members who?ve made my visits extra special with their kindness and attention to detail. This Costa branch is a great example of outstanding teamwork and leadership. Highly recommended!

I was sick and Requested to staff just before or after closing. Even they cleaned the coffee machine and they understand and make a my favt coffee for me. Both girls Michelle & Fatima are really helpful. Thank you to both of you.
