Went today to Costa for an iced whipped latte which was not whipped. The atmosphere is horrendous, there?s litter everywhere which is embarrassing and atrocious.

I did not know exactly the name of the drink but the staff was very kind and helpfull and helped me get the drink by only telling her what It looked like. The drink was very yummy, just as i remember.

A Disappointing Experience
I recently visited Costa Coffee, hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable coffee break, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The primary issues revolved around poor customer service and ineffective communication, which significantly marred my visit.
The lack of clear communication further compounded the problem. When I asked about the different coffee options, the responses were curt and uninformative. This lack of engagement and unwillingness to assist made the ordering process frustrating and unpleasant.
Overall, my visit to Costa Coffee was a letdown. The poor customer service and ineffective communication detracted from the ambiance and enjoyment of the caffe. For a brand that positions itself as a premier coffee destination, Costa Coffee failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I hope they address these issues, as there's significant room for improvement in their service and customer interaction.

The seevince was lovely from a young gentleman but the coffee shop itself was awful , dirty , after buying a sandwich and coffee decided to sit outside to finish off but it?s so unhygienic even outside the seating area just filled with rubbish . It?s a shame because it?s a great location and has so much potential as a loyal Costa customer I?m so disappointed

Hot milkshakes mostly frothy, baristas took a good 5 mins to acknowledge me after having served my friend and wandered off after taking order before coming back to take payment both with my order and my friend's. No toilet roll in toilet according to my friend.
