The Manager Arishma is so rude her behaviour with the customer and delivery riders is so rude and not accepting. There is a shortage of staff in the branch only one person in kitchen and one person at till to deal with inhouse customers and delivery orders which make customer to wait long time. I asked her why the orders getting so late she behaved so rudely and asked me to not to visit this branch again if you are in a hurry. How can someone be so rude with their customers and riders.????
I request to higher authority please have a look on it and tells her talk with their customers with manners. thanks

The staff got upset that I reminded her to serve me only 2 squirts of choco in the shake.
My burger was thrown onto the counter, and the burger was uncooked, the patty was not cooked.
