Hello, they treated me very badly. I bought a device from them and they gave me a one-year warranty. I only used it for an hour and unfortunately it stopped working. I went there but unfortunately they did not take it back for no reason. My question to them is why do you try to sell your products and give a warranty but when the device has a problem, you refuse to take it back. I will not go there again.

Convenient if you live near there. The problem with all B&Q stores not enough staff to help when you need it. Not like it use to be profit over service.

The worst service you can ever receive!
Pablo, an ignorant manager, he needs some training and manners. Needs some customers service training. He didn?t let me speak and explain anything, told me to put a complaint.
The way he is treating staff is also disgusting.

couldn't make a big purchase because the trolleys were all stuck and I didn't have any coins. Even though I offered to pay, the store didn't let me, so I left without making the purchase.
