Every time I go to this pharmacy there is an issue ! They are always telling me we have requested your medicine but yet it always takes them 2 weeks to finally get it. Today however was by far the worst! I went in today to get birth control which is something that I have on prescription, due to a menstrual problem as I heavily bleed, and experience severe pain. The woman that served me told me I need a consultation, I explained to her that it is very severe and I?m bleeding very badly and that my gp told me to go straight into my normal pharmacy which is Asda and ask for it. I told her I could not wait till Monday and she asked what should I do she said go to another pharmacy. I can not explain how upset I feel coming from another female thinking she would help and she was not helpful in the slightest. I?m now left bleeding loads and in immense pain, with no pharmacies to go at its 6 on a Friday after work !!! Honestly if it?s an emergency don?t bother !

In general customer service is good however the system is wrong. I?ve been calling 2 weeks for prescription and they have been telling me that it has been requested and sending me back to my GP. Turns out they made a request to some random GP. No one cared to check for me what?s the issue is. The lack of care about patients health is really concerning. I stop my medication for three days which is not advised by Doctor. That should really be changed.

Been trying to go to this pharmacy for 3 days the staff is never there or in break. Did go 2 times on Friday the 2 times was a note staff in break so basically break all afternoon. I do not understand why no one are there in opening hours

Two pharmacists are serving in this pharmacy. I went 2:09pm and they told me that the pharmacy is closed because they had break for 30 minutes and the pharmacist show me a written with hand label. The one of the two must keep the pharmacy opened and serves patients and customers. It was midnoon with 33C outside. That was the last time that I took prescription from them.

Always received prompt and professional service. Sometimes it?s a bit busy as it?s in a superstore but staff are very helpful and friendly.

I?m surprised by the poor reviews. I had a brilliant experience here. They are one of the few pharmacies that order in fertility prescriptions and they are SO much cheaper than other places. It?s a gamechanger for anyone paying out for this. I also found the team patient, explained everything to me and incredibly helpful.

I have never seen such irresponsible business. Has been given them calls for the last three days to re-order a prescription but the line is either busy or no one picks up the phone! Unbelievable

It's says open until 5pm. Yet no one answers the phone. I've been calling for almost 40 minutes since it supposedly opened. I'll change my rating when someone decides to at least answer the phone.Update: someone finally answered after an hour of trying and was indeed helpful, so I'm changing the rating.

Raef has been absolutely amazing, going over and beyond to help me get the meds I need. It is an unusual prescription but he patiently listened to my needs and ordered them for me. He is very friendly and so were the other members of the team I dealt with - I cannot recommend them enough, THANK YOU!

I don?t like the attitude, they?re never happy to help the customers, always rude and love to say NO to whatever you need. I went there with high fever due to infection from tooth extraction, to buy some antibiotics, only the prescription was emailed to me by the dentist instead of the traditional prescription letter. They refused to give me the medication at first, and then they had my dentist email the prescription to them directly. In the end, I did get the medication which I?m happy about, however they had me waiting there for a good 20 minutes although I told them how unwell I was feeling. Also, a black lady that works there she told me in a rude way to sit down! Why would you speak to a sick person like that? It?s very mean. This place is the WORST.

Today I was in that pharmacy looking for the Covid test kit and I approached and saw a paper that said that there were no kits available there and there was an old woman in white clothes employed from the place placing medicine outside and I asked her about the covid kits if There was a pharmacy near there and she responded very rudely: You can't read what that paper says, she told me and looking at me very angry as if I had done something wrong when I asked her. I think that woman should be nice to customers because that attitude was very rude

Very reliable, cheap, and efficient pharmacy. They always have everything in stock. Repeat prescriptions collection service just magnificent. Prices very good - private prescriptions, OTC medicines.
