A superstore that doesn't respect customers. I spent 3 hours an 15 min in this store, bought groceries of 300 pounds and I received a parking fine. Disappointing ?

The delivery company is a scam. They didn?t deliver half of my items, 11 of them and refused a refund.

I've been a regular customer at this branch for 20 years as I live in the area. I've seen a lot of changes over the years but one thing that has been a constant is the positive experience of shopping at this ASDA. The staff is always helpful, the store is always fairly clean and tidy and with plenty of room to move around and plenty of tills, even at busy times, it never feels over crowded. The prices are also very competitive but that's for a different review.

I just had a cappuccino from here. It was extremely strong and on the bitter side, with a very fine grind. If you enjoy a more intense coffee or take sugar, it might be just right for you!

This is a clearly very well managed, efficient store.
Like all ?well oiled machines?, this place is always easy to negotiate: the serviced and self-service tills are well supervised and the staff are helpful and effective.
Like all, Asda stores (in my subjective opinion), this store offers very good-no gimmicks- value for money.
Recommended for the canny consumer.

The handheld scanners sometimes turn off when you are trying to checkout. The toilets have been broken since 2018.

The shop is so badly labelled could find anything, lots of goods only had 1 day in date left, really overpriced, Sainsbury seems cheaper, and Asda rewards card is a complete waist of time, and to top it off I was accused of stealing as security labels hadn?t been removed, the guys was really rude about it.
Asda just lost a customer today.
