I love this Aldi BUT why leave massive pallets full of stock everywhere on a saturday morning? The shop was so busy, yet the pallets were obstructing pretty much every isle. There was a lot of tension because between trolleys and buggys and pallets closing out the way, if anyone stopped to check out something then everyone behind them had to wait. Stock needs to be sorted before opening time....

Below 1 star. I was purchasing a red thunder drink which required ID verification. My husband provided his ID i proceeded to pay and the assistant stopped me and removed the drink as he didnt pay. I proceeded to provide her with my ID and she walked all the way back to the drinks isle and put it back. Silly inconvenience and not happy with the service!

Great fresh produce and and growing range of niche Vegan items which I love.Whenever the checkouts get a bit busy a new cashier is often summoned so queue time is reduced and the staff are always pleasant.So happy that this store opens at 10am on Sundays!**Update**Still can get in and out within 40minutes when doing a small family shop (including packed lunch items).The only thing that might make it is busy is people having the flexibility to generally food shop around their personal lives so leaving it until a Sunday morning/afternoon instead of getting ahead of the curve and doing it mid-week during the day or after clocking off etc. Aldi Leyron is still convenient, OK value and most items are labelled correctly.**Update** 28/01/24A busy yet productive Sunday shop, I went in armed with my bags and I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. Got everything I needed for an £80 shop for two adults for approximately a week and a half. Couldn't source hot chocolate and I wish there was a greater range of single vegetable frozen Veg but it may have already sold out by half ten. I'm not mad as pay day weekend with a food retailer are always bound to busy. I'll pick up those bits at a later date from any high street supermarket that I see on my way home over the coming few days.

Aldi still has good deals but they are less frequent these days. It's still a great place to shop. It is a good supermarket. Nothing has changed.
