I received an excellent initial consultation. Even though I don't speak English well, I was able to figure out the rates. My consultant was patient and helped me figure things out. I plan to sign a contract.

The gentleman who served me and my wife gave VERY good advice and options in regard of a tricky problem involving esims, nanosims,pre brexit roaming, old phones with only 32gb storage and 2 sim slots vs a new phone with only 1 sim slot and a new post brexit 24m contract. There is no easy solution but I have the info now to decide. Great service from Cameron.

Got a deal for an iPad but instead of giving me QR for eSIM, they gave me a physical sim for a device which has no SIM card port. Went back but now they needed photo ID so have to wait another day to fix this. Train staff properly and give the correct sim for the correct device ridiculous!

First time going to this store a while ago, just seemed like a bunch of immature teenagers who don't know how to behave in a professional environment - unnecessary rude looks, the usual behaviour you'd expect. Very bad first impression.

I had very pleasant experience. My advisor Yoselin was very attentive. She listened to my needs and gave me the best deal. Also she wasn't rushing through the process and made sure I understand everything involved in my plan. I'm very happy with the service ??

I had an absolutely brilliant experience at the EE store in Lewisham. Reece, Dwayne and Ravi. Fantastic customer service. Highly trained staff, endless knowledge. They all helped me so much when ordering different products.They are all 5 star*****, A1 highly recommended. I will certainly be telling friends and family how helpful and dedicated they are. Over several visits they were extremely informative, and helped me chose the correct package. They have time for their customers. A pleasant and useful transaction

Worst customer service I?ve seen in a long time.. so unprofessional no will to help, the language spoken in the store feels like you?re on the streets.. staff dresses ridiculously trousers half way down with half of the bum sticking out. The body language just as bad as the dialogue.. the whole store seems like run by secondary school kids with no customer service experience

Ravi Is the best advisor I have ever been served by. I was first served by a gentleman by Khaled. He seemed nice but rushed us alot and didn't help set up anything. The next day Ravi was patient and went through everything we went, explained all the contracts fully and set up the phone. Unfortunately not all pictures were gotten back but given my old device was damaged I'm happy with the result. Ravi was great and I hope he gets a promotion soon
