Explained one of my kids left shopping bag when my Mrs came earlier that day and when they got home, one bag was missing. Navin took the decision on the spot and said I will issue you a voucher of the same amount and you can come and purchase the same again. For me that was like WOW this guy made my day and hats of to you Navin. Your my superstar. Thank you so much.”

“Every thing was fine until, I reached the check out, there seems to be some new check out that have scales attached, to them, which made it not easy to check the items, I had brought. The items where a fair price, and the store was fully stocked. Next visit I think I will use the old style self service check out.”

“WHSmith was alright, but the Post Office was disappointing, as they still would not accept international parcels!That is an absolute disgrace!In this digital age the Post Office should be able to remedy the "cyber attack" causing this problem with international parcels much quicker!I have been trying to post a small parcel to Canada for the last four weeks without any success!It's absolutely disgusting that a "Royal" Mail Service should be so vulnerable!Unfortunately there is no alternative to sending small parcels abroad.”
