Horrible customer service. The staffs were rude and wasted 5 hours of my time only to discover that they gave me the wrong information (I got this info from the other store I was sent to ). I believe this was as a result of them not wanting to assist me. I would advise anyone against going to the Lewisham store. Others I?ve been to are way much better

Cex is typically like the rest, they charge you more for second hand that doesn?t even work properly games are priced just like on game website controllers are more expensive then Argos ?. Consoles charged more than Argos. Just go to Argos and pay less for something brand new then pay more for second hand dodgey shit that don?t even work. And the bad thing is they re sell the broken stuff and take other people?s money it?s a joke. Should close every cex and just replace it with game

Went in to buy a boxed set of DVDs, and the price on the box stated £52, however when it came to paying for the same boxed set the guy stops and states the price has changed its now £58... The price actually went up by £6 just whilst we stoood there in the shop. So I stated that the price is on the box and they should stand by their pricing, he in my face stated if you dont like the price don't buy it. Why price and label an item to over charge and scam your customers at the till. Sorry CeX but I'll think twice before buying from you again

I have to say, you have a remarkable young lady working at your Lewisham store named Tia. She provides excellent customer service, always smiles, and is very helpful in all my transactions. It?s a pleasure to deal with her she?s a great ambassador for the company!

Really Annoyed with dodgy phone i bought from CEX store that developed fault after around 6months. Bought Samsung flip phone grade A like new spent £405 last new years eve. Phone hinges became stiff and not opening easy did not want to force it to open out completely straight, so when i noticed this i actually never fully opened it so more like clam.Phone pixels also start flickering and now part of screen completely dead now. So phone is useless.I Unfortunately discovered this is known fault with these samsung flip phones due to a flawed design, while trying to get advise with my phone model. I was unable to return phone for repair in july as initially i could not find my receipt. Luckily i eventually found my receipt and took to CEX shop as was still under warranty not having had the phone for a year. I explained phone issue to 2 staff members who were at counter. One staff member takes 1 glance at me and at the phone and says personal damage will need to get it checked. I said excuse me but it not personal damage as i have not dropped or broken phone in anyway, and i clearly explained issues which no way implies personal damage. He goes round the back and then comes back with store manager pretty much saying personal damage and accusing me of dropping phone offering no help. I told them i do not accept this and their policy states phone will be looked at for repair or replacement etc i paid too much money to be fobbed off but as it close to closing time i was willing to come back to resolve. Told to come back next day to leave phone with shop so tech can look at it and try to repair. Quite frankly i dont trust them to do a good job at all. Only offered this optio on being assertive and not impressed with store manager Amy and staff members at all. Amy claims the known fault is a whiteline above 1st screen etc and tried to make it seem i caused damage. I asked Amy if she is in tech? Amy is not in tech so is not qualified to make such a diagnosis Not Happy.
