Entered store on 5/9 to collect an online order asked. Girl at entrance where I should go to collect it & was directed to customer services at the other end of the store. I walked & waited at the sign that said customer services until someone arrived. 2 people were stood at cigarette kiosk , 1 serving. A queue was forming arrived after me. When I kindly asked if someone was attending customer services I was told it was 1 q & she pointed to the end of the q - there were now 4 people in the q done with filled baskets. I said I was told to come here & said I was not going to the back of the Q. Someone eventually came. I then asked to see & spoke with the manager of the store. Who was sympathetic & apologised stating that customer services is not longer available. Why then is there a:sign & staff are direct g customer to it when it doesn?t exist. Poor service & ill equipped staff. Thank god it?s not my local.

There is never enough staff never enough trolleys or baskets. Need to have more check outs open as the queues are always so long

Twice on the weekend, there were no trolleys available to do my shopping. I had lots of things to buy, found very hard using a basket, without any pull along.
Basket I had to get from self service, as there weren't any at the front of store. Bad service, needs improvement. Only 1 till open, self service very long que, where is all the staff?

I just use the app justeat to buy something in the Asda, first they didn't have some item, then after they cancel my order totally , I contact justeat regarding my missing order in the end of the day they charged me more money than actual refunded, and the refund not yet arrived to my account....probably need open bank disputes against this rats.

A simple shocker of a store. Availability is poor, product range is poor, bakery specifically poor on a Sunday no french sticks? Pizzas never available to be made and you get what you?re given. Staffing is shocking. Real casual attitude in this store. Always queues at tills as slow self scan colleagues. Electric charges don?t work. No trollies at all at the entrance. This shop really needs attention. I mean really needs attention!

where to start with the supermarket, it begins with the entrance. (the original entrance is locked/ closed) a semi hidden darkened doorway adjacent to the car park entrance and bin stores with all the accompanying unwelcome assault on the visual and olfactory senses. when do do manage to enter an end of the world , 28 eight days later, scene awaits with hard put staff vainly trying to at least part stock the vast empty shelves presumably in an effort to sell something to non plussed customers wandering if they had missed a government alert that had earlier emptied the shelves. Still it is kinda immersive experience in chaos and bad management so worth a visit for that - just don't expect to be able to buy the things you might need - after visiting if you need to actually buy anything there a small Sainsbury opposite & Lewisham Market, a Tesco and a Lidl 5 mins walk a away.

I'd like to thank the gentleman unpacking the sandwiches yesterday, March 26. He located the vegan option from the delivery and brought it over to me at the till. So good sales work!!

Staff very rude and no helpful at all
Scan and go never works staff always says that they can't log in
Self service only open
Again the staff and security are unprofessional

My experience in this Asda has Been horrific , this Asda needs to be closed down now enough of the rude and untrained staff ,the mangers are worse than the staff themselves and need some serious customer service training I usually don?t make complaints but this experiences has left me feeling emotionally distraught I have logged a formal complaint and will take these actions further if there is no suitable outcome. Judging by the reviews, this asda needs some serious work and I will looking into reporting this asda to trading standards

the store manager is very arrogant, she doesn't do her job, plus the chargers in the parking lot haven't been working for 2 months, I told her 3 times, her answer seemed very unprofessional, she told me that it consumes a lot of electricity, as if she would pay.

Horrible staff terrible customer service. Andrea at the self checkout shouting at the customers. I call the manager prenalla or penny blond female with classes. She was worse than the member of staff. She started to argue with me and mocking me believe it or not. That?s how they treat customers in Asda Lewisham. It?s the only supermarket with the worst customer service in the area I?ll say. Or maybe the whole UK ??

Store was well stocked, tidy and attractive on the day I visited (8 December). The staff (self serve tills and customer service desk) appear to have taken a vow of silence as no matter what I asked, no response was forthcoming and I was ignored - very odd!
