Good place to grab a bite and drink some pints.

The Black Prince is a great local pub and sports bar with plenty of screens to watch a variety of sports, there's even one in the garden. We've been a few times on a Sunday as they service an excellent roast and the Pork Lion is the massive so you'll never leave feeling hungry. The staff are wonderful and always happy even when its busy.
I highly recommend a visit.

Went here on a Sunday and had an incredible Sunday lunch. Staff are friendly and we had a couple of pints of Cruz campo.
We both had the roast, I had chicken and he had the pork. Both were large portions. Massive yorkshires!
Both were super tasty and good quality meat. The pork belly looked so good as you can see in the photos.
Has screens for sports and a great decor from the 80?s. Has been the film set for a few places.
Will 100% go again

Extremely rude bar staff, some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Shame because it seems like a nice pub, but bar staff have let it down

The GOAT public house.

The pub was reportedly a frequent meeting place for some of the criminals involved in the 1983 Brinks-Mat robbery, in which £26 million worth of gold bullion, diamonds, and cash was stolen from a warehouse near Heathrow Airport.

Solid Local Pub with Good Atmosphere
The Black Prince is a classic neighborhood pub with a relaxed vibe and friendly staff. It?s a comfortable spot to grab a pint, catch a game, or enjoy a casual meal. The food is decent pub fare?not fancy, but tasty and satisfying, especially the burgers and Sunday roasts. The interior is cozy, with plenty of seating and a welcoming feel. It can get busy during peak times, but that just adds to the lively atmosphere. A dependable spot if you want a no-fuss pub experience with good drinks and good company.

Fantastic service, friendly staff, great vibe and I've been coming here for years in particular for the outstanding pork belly as a Sunday roast. Recommended.

A very nice traditional pub with nice service, good food and a wonderful atmosphere. The price of food is slightly lower than in similar businesses in the area.

Very friendly barman. Would be a lovely local pub if it weren't £7 a pint for an off-tasting pint of Heineken. I know it's London but crikey. Apparently they filmed the exterior of the fight from Kingsmen in here so that's cool I guess.

There seems to be almost no one who does not know the famous line from <Kingsman>, ?Manners Maketh Man,? that comes to mind when thinking of England. This famous line appeared in a pub in the play, and that place is here.
Since only the exterior was filmed, the interior is slightly different from what it appears in the movie. Tourists who aren't fans of <Kingsman> don't come here very often, but coincidentally, our accommodation is nearby, so it was a meaningful first meal.
When I visited around 5 p.m., the kitchen opened at 6 p.m., so I spent about an hour drinking beer and chatting with friends to kill time. As it is a pub, there aren't many snacks, so it feels like most customers only drink beer.
?
The most important thing in a pub is always beer, and the Heineken I drank that day had an amazing foam ratio, so I realized once again why I must drink draft beer. I drank the whole glass before eating the chicken.
The side dishes ordered were chicken basket, boneless chicken tenderloin, and served with french fries. The batter wasn't crispy, but the chicken was juicy and the meat was soft, so it was worth eating.

?If you stop by when the soccer team you are rooting for is playing, it would be an even more enjoyable place to experience the British pub culture that is serious about soccer. Note that it is not far from the London Eye and Big Ben.
