Waited over two hours. Constantly called as there was no update. In the end after 2 and a half hours they told me the driver of there?s had stolen the food and that there?s nothing they can do. They then stopped answering the phone to me. Currently complaining to head office as the rude lady manager and her male colleague really should not be in business. Absolutely awful and the worst service I have ever experienced. No refund, no apology. Stay away from them.

Placed an order at 19:18pm from the Pizza Hut app. The order said it was delivered but I didn?t receive it so I called the Pizza Hut and it was noted that my order would be delivered in 10 minutes. Waited for 20 minutes and still didn?t receive it so I called again with the same story of being told to wait 10 minutes. After 2 hours of calling them to get my order the employee noted that my order actually wasn?t received and that I need to request for refund and cut the call on me !

Ordered online, waited 30mins which wasn't bad but they came like this. No topping and over burnt and cheese was like plastic. Kensington use to be good. To be fair the guy over the phone said sending another 2 so will update once received. Update same pizza terrible. Will never order from there again. Updated another picture, like there is no cheese and like cardboard.

Manager was very nice and welcoming, I asked for extra sauce he didn?t mind and gave me as much sauce as I liked.
