Honestly, this has to be one of the best experiences in London. From the moment we walked in, Craig gave us such a warm welcome and we got to enjoy a coffee before the tour. The self-guided bit at the start was a brilliant way to take in the history of gin and the role it?s played in shaping our city. Then Heather took over and she was just amazing! So knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does.
It wasn?t just about gin, it felt like a proper celebration of London itself. The history, the culture, the pride in what makes our city unique, it all came through. If you want to do something that?s fun, interesting, and really rooted in London?s heritage, I can?t recommend this enough.

Top notch customer service.
I was booked to do a VIP tour but but developed a serious chest infection the week of the tour . I emailed the team , and received a prompt reply offering alternative dates , or the offer of a refund. As the dates didn't work they issued an speedy refund . A great experience with big thanks to Craig Bellis for his efforts, and hope to do the tour when it becomes available again.

Spent a fascinating, informative hour and a half being shown around the Beefeater Gin distillery. Our guide was Heather, who made it even more enjoyable with her relaxed, professional and knowledgeable tour and tastings. A great find and would highly recommend it.

I went on the distillery tour on the 30th of April 2025, And I absolutely loved the experience. The entire staff I came across were friendly and welcoming. The tour was very fun and informative. For the guided part of my tour I was guided by an absolutely amazing guide. She was very friendly and pleasant, also did a really great job explaining the process and answered all the questions I had. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not asking for her name, So I can't put a direct commendation here... To sum it up, the tour was a lovely experience and was definitely one of the highlights of my tour to the UK.!

This falls somewhere between a 3 and 4 star review. A big thank you to the staff, excellent service. I paid £25 for a tour and was left somewhat disappointed. For the first 30 minutes you are on your own, in a place akin to a cheap museum. You then go upstairs to the stills followed by a hands on experience with some botanicals. Finally you get a free G&T. They import their spirit which left so many unanswered questions e.g. length of fermentation and chill filtration. In summary, I was hoping to learn so much more, disappointed it didn't happen.

Had a great time on the distillery tour. Our guide, Baaska, was very knowledgeable and made it a very enjoyable experience. Everyone in the Beefeater team went out their way to make sure we had an amazing time, thank you.
