The place was dirty. Huge line for the toilet, only one working, and the staff didn?t bother to open the other one because they were ?too busy?. Old people were waiting to use the toilet and that was disrespectful!

I've been coming here for over two years before work because I need coffe early in the morning. Google says shop it opens at 6:30 AM or 6:00 Am, but almost every time it's actually closed. The staff says they open at 7:00, yet the listed hours are never updated.
It's not fair for people to plan their day around incorrect information ? especially when this has been happening consistently for years. Please, update the opening hours online. It's incredibly frustrating to keep showing up for nothing.

This is the best place I have ever been in my entire life, the workers that this establishment has have made me go to this place daily. Workers like Ali who brighten up your evenings and mornings. The atmosphere is wonderful and the coffees prepared by the baristas are very good. I've never met workers as kind and good as those here if you pass by give them a chance.

We come here often and we are always treated so nicely, all of the baristas are amazing, Ali is one of the most pleasant ones, and he is just so nice. The food is good too and the atmosphere is always wonderful.

I had a flat white today made by Ali. Flat white has been my go to coffee for at least 6 years now. Ali?s flat white was the best by far that I?ve ever had!

Service: 0. The coffee is extremely hot and has a burnt taste. When we pointed out this issue, they replied that it's the coffee machine that does it.

I?m a regular pret customer. Once a day some weeks. But today the manager at this store (Leo) treated me in such a way that I won?t be going there again.
Leo - If a customer needs to use the Loo first to either relieve themselves before taking the time to choose and order or just wash their hands first, then surely its not necessary to withhold the code for the WC until they?ve queued and ordered? This was what Leo the Ladbroke Grove manager thought was a good course of action this morning. And he did it with a smug little smile too.
Petty in the extreme. I don?t think this manager should be front of house as I?ve never come across this kind of lame behaviour in any other pret.

I love pret and have a subscription, but the service here is so poor. The accessible door is always locked and to get access to the accessible toilet is always a hassle. Regularly under staffed and staff visibly annoyed if asked to open either toilet or back accessible door (probably because they are overworked?) Really a shame...
