I visited the Caffè Nero at 120?122 Ladbroke Grove today, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere really warm. The coffee was delicious and freshly made ? just perfect! I also tried the croissants, and they were incredibly fresh and tasty. It?s a great spot to relax, have a quality drink, and enjoy excellent service. Highly recommended!

Super good Italian coffee, for sure. The pastries are tasty too. It's a nice vibe for grabbing your morning or afternoon coffee.

Caffè Nero, like all the other chains is perfectly fine for a coffee and a snack. The two things that were disappointing for me, sockets at the tables weren't working and the toilet was disgraceful. Charging a phone PER HOUR is about 17 pence. I don't think anyone would put up a fight for a nominal fee, but to turn off the sockets? Get real! AFA the toilet goes, do I really need to go into this? Where is this branch, in a third world backwater?

Definitely the worst Caffè Nero in London!
Service below all: no friendliness, no smile.
Drinks way too sweet.
At 5:30 p.m., there was no more Chantilly for the Amaretos..., at 6:00 p.m., half of the room is closed for cleaning.
Unworthy, dirty toilets: since the morning, no cleaning had been done! A shame in the 21st Century...
No sorting, everything goes straight into the trash.
I absolutely do not recommend!?

The young boy who usually serves there is very friendly and does a great job. On the other hand there was this girl who served me which I wasn't happy as she got the incorrect order and not as friendly or welcoming but my experience here was always very good apart from this time which was served by this girl.
