Fantastic gym, good programme of classes throughout the day (I really appreciate the morning and lunchtime classes in the timetable, as I'm often working in the evenings), and the most wonderful, friendly, and supportive team of staff and coaches. It loses a star because there does seem to be some issues on the facilities side, e.g. the broken air conditioning that others have mentioned, some of the mats are torn and quite dirty (are folks using them and not cleaning them??) and some lights in the studio that have not been working for some time. So if they could sort out that little bit, it would be the best gym in the world. I was a member of another gym by Ladbroke Grove station for years - a far fancier gym with a pool and steam room and free towels and multiple times the price - but I much, much prefer this place!

Just signed up with Kristy and I?m really happy so far. The place has three floors so there?s plenty of space and options, and it?s always super clean. The staff are on top of it and keep everything spotless. The lockers are electronic so you don?t have to worry about bringing your own lock, which is a nice touch. Honestly, way better than the Virgin Active down the road.

Such a clean, delightful gym. I?ve been coming for years now and I?m constantly satisfied with the service provided. The team are so welcoming and make me feel like home when I walk through the door, especially the duty manger, Jessica. She always puts the members before anything and for that she makes gym a little less intimidating

They?re great as of equipment and it seems not to get super busy even during peek hours. I only sometimes have an issue with signing equipment on the big times.
Unfortunately, the rest it?s a long time coming thing I signed up to this and the fob that was assigned to me was faulty?. That means l stood outside of the door asked for someone to let me in fix my fob and I would say it should be working in 24 hours.
Only for me to have same situation again. finally someone knew how to make it right so I let it go.
I went on holiday. I came back to absolute steam room instead of a gym.
things like this happen but it?s been 2 months,the AC is not working and all you get is those pipes that blow lukewarm air. it?s not the cheapest gym, why would it take so long to fix AC ?
The only save for me, and the reason I didn?t cancel my yearly membership is that I can use a different location and there they have working Ac and great equipment too . Otherwise, I would not be keeping the membership.
I feel like I?ve lost too many of my workouts, waiting for someone to open the door for me or now just sweating so much that halfway through my workout that I decide to cut it shorter .

Please fix the AC, it is extremely sweaty and smelly especially in the bottom floors. The heat inside is unbearable.

Love this gym been coming for almost 2 years. Jay was very helpful to start off with but would highly recommend this gym!

The space is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful and friendly! The weather was extremely hot today and they provided some Cucumber water + ice, nice touch! Jay also helped me charged my phone when my phone was dying! ?

Not a person who leaves a review but this case I can not neglect.am member from 3 years this place is going down and worst every single day .the owner it doesn?t care at all anymore.(if he?s tired of running a business he better can close down )I and many members we have raised a complaint to the staff every time .i don?t know if the staff ignores our complaints or the owner doesn?t care .
The club is over loaded with people.the machines when they broke it takes 1 month to be fixed .
It been 1 week the AC is not working.how can it be like this .with this heat we facing we have to train with not Ac this is terrible.also hygiene at the gym is poor and really bad .toilets are always dirty the gym floor is always with can and tissues on the floor for days .the staff stay all day at the office looking to get more members.and mostly there is just 1 staff at the office for 10 hours .you don?t see staff around the gym to check the floor .because there is not enough staff .how can it be just to staff a day with 2500 members.is this normal ?
Well hoping these issues are going to be fixed as soon is possible otherwise we going to council or anywhere else until these issues gonna be fixed .
And not repeat anymore.
The machines are not enough the brought just 1 new machine from 3 years ago.need more machines there .
Also members have to warned not to use machine in group of 3 and 5 .and being on the phone for hours just to block others .

I?ve been a member of this gym for 4 years and sadly, the standards have dropped significantly. The air conditioning has not been working for quite some time now. Despite repeated complaints from members, all we?re ever told is that it will be fixed ? but nothing ever changes. We?re now working out in the peak of summer heat with no proper ventilation, which is not only uncomfortable but a serious health and safety risk.
On top of that, the toilets are consistently unclean, gym equipment is often left lying around, and overall cleanliness and maintenance are poor. For the amount we pay each month, the gym is failing to meet even the most basic expectations.
If the air conditioning issue is not resolved soon, I and other members will have no choice but to raise this with the council.

Friendly and helpful staff. good equipment.
Shower cubicles always clean and available to use. Would highly recommend.
