Fantastic gym, good programme of classes throughout the day (I really appreciate the morning and lunchtime classes in the timetable, as I'm often working in the evenings), and the most wonderful, friendly, and supportive team of staff and coaches. Just signed up with Kristy and I’m really happy so far. The place has three floors so there’s plenty of space and options, and it’s always super clean. The staff are on top of it and keep everything spotless. The lockers are electronic so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own lock, which is a nice touch.... read full comment

Such a clean, delightful gym. I’ve been coming for years now and I’m constantly satisfied with the service provided. The team are so welcoming and make me feel like home when I walk through the door, especially the duty manger, Jessica.
