Ordered a take away order, delivered by UBER EATS equatIng to £45 ....
It was delivered on time, but the sushi looked like it had gone through the mill, hardly what you would expect. Even worse than that it turned up with out any condiments ... no soy sauce, no wasabi, no pickled ginger, and no chop sticks ... Surely, all of these condiments should be included as they tend to complete a sushi meal ... it was the worst Sushi I had the delight of spending £45 on ... please don't bother with a takeaway from this place, plus please do not expect UBER EATS, to deal with your complaint ... All in all, it is just a shambolic and shoddy performance by both YO Sushi ... and UBER EATS ... if you don't beleive me, just give it a go. Plus be prepared for a massive dissapointment.
Plus do not expect to have contact with the resteraunt, without going round and round in circles on their website ... and TBH, it is rxactly the same for UBER EATS too ... if you think this is a recognised resteraunt, and if this is a recognised service provider ... then your fool ... you may not be ... but that's exactly how they will treat you, while they pocket your money, and hide away from and accountability for the diabolical food, and service they provide ... DON?T DO IT !!!

I went here with my friend for lunch to eat sushi. We were seated at lower seats, giving us a limited view of the conveyor belt. We ordered water, some sushi, a kimchi chicken salad, and a chicken katsu curry. Unfortunately, we never received our water, and the sushi took a long time to arrive. The chicken in the salad was very dry, but I thoroughly enjoyed the sushi. The conveyor belt was nice, though many options weren?t on it, so we had to order off the menu. At the end, we were overcharged by at least 20% and didn?t get a receipt, which I think should be mandatory. Overall, the service was mostly friendly and the food mostly good, that said, this visit didn?t show YO! Sushi at its best.

Been a while since I last went but went today and loved it service was very friendly and quick, food is really great and some really special choices. Great place for a casual meal where you can explore a number of dishes.

We went there today to have a quick bite. Surely it is an interesting concept for the kids, but it's very expensive, and the portions are not small, they are tiny. Like a noodle was 5,75 (I think) and I finished it in 5 bites. 1 pound for a bite, this is unacceptable. also it was over salty, not very good. waiters were kind though.

Came with my friend and had a wonderful time. Great service from both girls, me and my friend will back. Belt was so full and a lot of variety. Very much recommended!!!

Staff haven?t got a clue what?s going on, majority of the food on the menu they have run out of. Used to be a good place but find it?s over priced and service is terrible! Do yourself a favour and go down stairs to M&S and get better fresh made for cheaper!

Walked in without checking the time; was 15mins before closing? we gotten seated, had three plates from the belt, and they simply removed all other plates of the belt without saying a word

Really underwhelming and overpriced wouldn't recommend and a service charge of 8 pounds when we had water and got our own food and literally came in to seat our selves. Also tried to charge my son full price when he has only just turned 12 at least ask don't just wack on an adult price. I left feeling highly annoyed

Extremely Disappointed ? A Decline in Quality and Service
This was by far the worst sushi restaurant experience I?ve ever had. I used to enjoy this place, but it has gone completely downhill. The quality and taste of the food have changed significantly ? it no longer feels like it?s prepared by a professional chef.
What really ruined the visit was the staff. Their behavior was shockingly unprofessional and even more unpleasant than the food itself. One staff member in particular, named ..***, was especially rude and disrespectful. His attitude was incredibly stressful and completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role.
It?s clear that the restaurant has cut corners by hiring poorly trained or unqualified staff just to keep the business running. Sadly, I won?t be returning or recommending it to anyone.

Shocking service all round. After waiting 10 minutes at the door with all of the staff avoiding eye contact, despite the restaurant being virtually empty, we had to go and stop a member of staff to get seated. A brief apology from the manager was followed by attitude and rudeness from the lady seating us. We were sat at the very front by the kitchen and the entirety of our meal was spent listening to the kitchen and waiting staff completely slag off YoSushi. It was clear there was a backlog of kitchen orders which, when highlighted, was met with the kitchen staff saying ?minimum wage, minimum effort? and laughing for the rest of our meal. There was absolutely no variety of food coming round the belt, just the same two sets of rolls so we promptly finished our meal and asked for the bill. On the way out, the rather grim looking kitchen lady and wait staff decided to stare at us, point and laugh. This is one of the most unpleasant eating experiences I?ve ever had and a complete waste of money. I was particularly disturbed by loud discussion about staff using service charges to rip customers off when they could get away with it.
