Dear Waitrose,I saw that a Chinese girl was told she cannot take photos of your sea food and that your staff then told her that, you Chinese like taking photos. This seems very racist to me. So I feel I need to report this to you and I would like you to explain to me what you intend to do about this incident? Many thanks,Leona

Dear ?Waitrose Manager?,Whilst in your store today I had an unpleasant experience. As I was browsing the seafood counter I took my phone out to take a photo of the counter to send to my friends as they were not there, as I did this one of your staff members approached me and told me I couldn?t. I asked why and she responded that it was ?store policy? which typically I would understand and stick to. There weren?t any signs to let me know about this rule but I don?t mind. However, what did shock me was her comment afterwards about how ?you Chinese people like to take pictures?. In the moment and partly because of her politeness before this I did not say anything after she said this. If my race had been different would it have been more acceptable for me to take a photo?I would have expected a prestigious store like yourselves to have zero tolerance towards racism. Unfortunately the behaviour that I encountered today not only let Waitrose down but also its Chinese customers as a whole.-Y

Very bad Waitrose worker by the self checkouts in store stood next to me the whole time I was putting my items through to pay and kept staring at me which I find is very rude and stereotypical, clearly none of the staff are trained to a standard regarding equality and diversity. Also brought some hot food and the lady kept adjusting her hat and hair whilst in the middle of packing my food into a bag also no training in health hygiene standards or do the standards come into works when a certain customer appears maybe it?s back to my statement again of Waitrose employees with no training in regards to equality and diversity. You have lost my custom this hasn?t been the first time either also called customer service was told I?d be contacted back to deal with this matter and didn?t receive a call so clearly this is the aim to keep certain people from your stores well done.

AwfulDisgracefulLifts not working. Took 2hours to return a good by a disabled person. Purpose the return ofgood and have lunch. No time for lunch. Payed 2 hours for parking. Why do disabled badge holders get charged for parking. JL today bought nothing. At home in pain. Someone eventually was helpful. A longtime classy customer who was disgusted. It seems TL are not interested looking after long term loyalty.

Great range of food and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Jilly on the meat counter was exceptional today! She spent quite some time talking me through the fresh meat cuts and recommended how cook the dry aged cut I chose.

Waitrose are clearly pairing with the big brands to hike up prices in these tough times. Hark back about a year ago and 250ml Sure deodorant would cost £1.50. It has since been hiked to £1.75 and then £1.99. The next move is Shrinkflation kicking in so the can is now 200ml. Waitrose are now selling the Shrinkflated can on offer at £2.40. Quite the price rise I?m sure you?ll agree! This is the case on many items across the store. You can get much better deals on everyday items in local shops, who clearly aren?t so well off so Waitrose are obviously price gouging. Don?t bother!

Waitrose Kingston is a great place to do your grocery shopping. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of products, including fresh produce, meat, seafood, dairy, baked goods, and prepared foods. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend Waitrose Kingston to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience.

Wide accessible entrance with an escalator that goes down into a nice shopping area, on entering it wasn't busy ..We got followed by security guard on this visit there..It was a cold day I had a long black coat on . I took a long time trying to locate things as I hadn't been to this store before..I was just in the area and decided to do a picnic lunch for a male with learning disability, this can look a little awkward at times as he can look as he stares but doesn't shop.Disability should not be an issue but we was made to feel quite a bit uncomfortable whilst shopping if followed around constantly !Yes..the guard has a job to doof course !Much better training was needed in this case..I used self-service tills.. it was a bit of a small area to pack on..as I wanted to take my time and pack neatly.. I had to move several things so they didn't fall off !On going out there is lift and a little seating if waiting there.. or chilling either from hot weather or the colder days..Buses stop outside for the several destinations The train station is nearby, just a short-3minute walk up the roadSome Lovely views on the day out and Waitrose being here near the River Thames can be ideal place to buy picnic food for the day or u do have some local eateries along the riverside in KingstonA nice spot for shopping in this area many places to go I didn't notice toilets but Bentalls has some directly across the road on their topfloor just across from there ..

Always great experience at Waitrose. It's my favourite supermarket. I cook a lot of Asian food and it's the only supermarket on which I can rely for hot chillies, fresh turmeric and fresh curry leaves. The quality of the food is also very good, even their essential range is nice.

This store has excellent parking and is, for me, just the right size big enough for a good selection of items but not overwhelmingly large. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's waitrose and the quality is as you would expect. One recent issue is some poor lightning, not sure if this is an economy or an electrical problem

A nice branch of Waitrose. One will get what one expects to get from a Waitrose.A slight more attention to the coffee machines - coffee beans and milk refill - would be desirable as one of the main coffee machine is a fairly distant from the help desk and an enquiry for the coffee machine is often directed to the help desk.
