It?s hit and miss with the staff here. I was served by a very moody waitress who made us wait ages just to order. We ended up calling someone else over as she didn?t seem to care to look our way. Disappointed as I love wagamama.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat. Fairly standardised food and service. Quick service and in terms of taste ok. The ramen was ok but the broth not flavoursome. The egg was not marinated and essentially just a boiled egg. The katsu curry was ok. The bao buns were a bit soggy. The dessert was nice. If you want authentic don?t come here.. it?s more fusion?for example? I don?t agree with bao buns mixed with Korean flavours.

Very busy when we visited just before Xmas so there was a wait to ne seated. However the staff coped really well and checked on people waiting. Food and service were good.

Got some ramen and a rice dish via deliveroo.... The portions are so small it's like we've been given a child's portion.... It's not my fault deliveroo Chagres you so much so why do we get a pathetic amount of food as a main course?

It's been some time since my last wagamama and I was very much looking forward to it but, sadly, was pretty disappointed..The food was okay but not great, there was minimal protein with the noodles and the flavours had a blandness that I didn't recall. For the cost (almost £15) I wanted better.It may be another long while before the next visit.

Ordered a yasai katsu curry on Deliveroo and the sauce smelt and tasted of cigarettes! Rang the store to advise them as this is very concerning and the man I spoke to on the phone from Wagamama Kingston was quite rude and did not even apologise!

I was served by Rohan in Kingston branch today. It was a take away order placed in store. Rohan was absolutely amazing as soon as I walked in. I was aproached promptly. Rohan was kind & polite, profesional, patient, took his time to explain the dishes to me with a genuine smile on his face along the way. No question was a trouble for him. I was seated as soon as I placed my order with a drink to wait along. Food arrived before I even finished my aperitive. Credit goes to Rohan, true Gem. Store looked clean and tidy ready for the evening customers. Staff were happy and relaxed. Truly enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you.

We had dinner this evening and one of us couldn?t decide on what to chose from the menu and asked George for advice and he was so pleasant and knew exactly what to recommend and both our meals were perfect. Always appreciate a member of staff that clearly enjoys his work environment and goes out of his way to help out and give advice.

Very busy. We were seated within 10 minutes, but they got the drinks order wrong and had to redo it. Food was good. Quite expensive for five people, but we had a successful meal. Would go there again, just perhaps earlier when they don't have people queueing out the door.

I went into this branch today for lunch with a friend and the Waitress who cleaned my table ?accidentally? took my iPhone and put it inside her apron. Luckily I quickly noticed my phone missing and frantically started to search for it. The manager helped along with her other colleagues and the Japanese waitress just stood at the back of the restaurant watching as I kept calling my phone which I knew was still near me as my watch was still connected. After 5 mins of searching through my stuff and constantly calling my phone the waitress came over and handed my phone to me and apologised saying she didn?t know why or how she ended up with my phone. I normally give the benefit of the doubt and accepted her apology however with hindsight now things and certain actions from her did not sit right with me and I honestly believe she was hoping I wouldn?t notice until I left the restaurant. Moral of the story - please don?t keep your phone on the table when dining here.

We went for a quick dinner on Friday night about 9pm. It was busy but not the busiest I?ve seen it for a weekend. Started off by being told we had to sit on the left side of the restaurant as they had closed the right side however when sat down we saw quite a few people be seated on the right side after us being made to sit on the left. We ordered our food - chilli squid, chicken gyoza, chilli chicken ramen and a chicken raisukaree. The sides were great no issues. When the chicken raisukaree came out the chicken was cold. I had con planned and had returned to lichen and remade - piping hot when it returned. The chilli chicken ramen - the chicken was so tough it couldn?t be cut with a spoon like usual. The chicken was also in huge pieces making it impossible to eat with the cutlery provided. When asked how the food was we said about the ramen, to be returned with well we are very busy. No apology. They did offer to remake but it was nearly 10pm by this point. Most of it was left as it was a chore to eat. When given the bill and was asked again if everything was ok. We said about the ramen again. No offer to remove from the bill just said again we are busy. Im sorry but it doesn?t matter how busy your restaurant is, if you create bad food when busy and blame the business for the poor food then people will Remember this and not come back. It sure had put us off Wagamama and it was a firm favourite in our household.

Very helpful staff when addressing my friends allergies. Always good food in wagas! Price is a little on the edge for me but still a meal I enjoy.

Food was good. But the manager was so rude. I haven?t been to wagamamas in so long and these days their are new ways to sit and wait for a table. After being ignored for a while at the door and no one even saying ?hold on for a minute? I just approached a person who I guess was the manager and just asked ?hi I?m so sorry but do we need to sit down or wait I don?t really know?. And the guy was so cruel and rude as if I?d insulted his whole family he told me to go back and wait where I was and he was busy all with a frown. Not very sure if it?s a racial thing or not.
