If i can give zero star i would. This is the first time i have used them they cancelled my appointments more than once. Forgot my lenses order twice made me wait 2 months all in all to get lenses and still i haven?t got the correct pair.The store staff?s attitude are so laid back when you chase them. I am writing to bring to your attention a series of concerning incidents that I have encountered during my recent interactions with your optician clinic. Unfortunately, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with both the service provided and the level of customer care extended to me and my family.The primary issue pertains to the repeated cancellations of appointments for my two sons. Over the course of the past several weeks, I have experienced an unprecedented number of cancellations, totalling 8 or 9 instances. What is particularly disconcerting is the absence of any clear explanation for these cancellations, with the only rationale offered being that the optician has to leave early. This recurring pattern has led me to question whether there is a deliberate effort to cancel appointments for children, as both of my sons have been affected.Furthermore, I must bring to your attention a previous instance where an error occurred in the prescription for my eyeglasses. The initial mistake involved creating glasses for far vision instead of the prescribed short vision. Subsequently, when I sought a replacement, another error ensued, resulting in an order for medium vision instead of the required short vision. Such oversights underscore a lack of attention to detail and adherence to professional standards, which is disconcerting in a field where precision is paramount.Regrettably, my attempts to address these concerns with the manager yielded minimal results. The manager, seemingly unaware of the constant cancellations, provided no satisfactory resolution to the ongoing issues, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience.I am writing this formal complaint with the expectation that you will investigate and address these matters promptly. As a customer, I believe it is essential for your clinic to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and customer service. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and prevent similar occurrences in the future.I appreciate your attention to this matter and anticipate a timely and constructive resolution.In the meantime, we are planning to visit a different Vision Express branch.Sincerely,

Had a great eye test with the optician here after being elsewhere for my last few. Had a great experience from arrival to choosing my frames. Would definitely recommend!

Awful experience! The store director invents his own policies and procedures to deny honouring vision express policy. Refuses to acknowledge he is wrong when shown vision express policy. He undermines his staff who are trying to help, and his colleagues at other vision express stores who are up to date on actual current policies.You have to call customer care to get them to phone him and tell him he?s wrong to get matters resolved.Puts the vision express brand to shame. Do not recommend at all. Avoid at all costs!!

Went for an eye test - I decided to try out Vision Express after my previous opticians put their price up to over a hundred pounds. I was really impressed, I was seen within a couple of minutes of arriving. I saw Rishi who was very helpful & friendly. He took plenty of time to check everything & talk it through with me.Thanks RIshi & all at Kingston Vision Express!

I booked an appointment online weeks in advance. When I turned up for my appointment, it did not exist in the store's system and they had no other appointments that day. The assistant laughed as she told me their online system never works very well and doesn't correlate with their store booking system. She offered me an appointment 4 days later which I declined- I will not be back as I don't appreciate having my time wasted.

Over the years I have been to numerous opticians and received varying levels of service.Vision Express in Kingston however, clearly come out on top.I have been a patient there for a number of years now and would never go anywhere else.I make a point of booking my eye tests with Dan Khan. He is extremely thorough and meticulous. He makes sure I am fully informed about all aspects of my vision and gives detailed responses to all the questions I ask.I always leave confident in the knowledge that my eyes have been thoroughly examined and any issues have been brought to my attention and fully discussed.

Saw optician Rishi with my two kids (8 and 4) and he was SO good with them. Very thorough optician examination along with amazing customer service. Kids are asking when they can go back.
