Hi. Could you erect some shutters in the small covered walkway area in front of your branch please? This would stop the homeless people setting up their mattresses and sleeping there during your closed hours. It brings the whole area down. Thank you.

Worst bank so far and worst customer serviceI went to the Kingston Branch to withdraw my money and I have been turned over because I must have either valid UK driving licence or Passport but I was there physically and inserted my card and typed my pin and provided form of ID Which valid Full EU driving licence .I only asked to withdraw £1000 but they said they can only give £500I phoned the main office to investigate that and they told it is true you must have UK driving licence or passport but hang on a minute I have been with this bank over 5 years and never been turned over for that even this time of the year they asked for ID and provided the same ID no problem.refusing me to withdraw my own money is absolutely outrageous but gave me good reason to switch to another bank .

By far the worst banking experience I have ever had. They don't accept a Provisional Driver's Licence as proof of address but accept a post card with name and address. I can literally send myself a post card as proof of address rather than DVLA's proof. So I called the main office and they advised me to join Starling Bank. Sounds like a Dave Chappelle Joke.

Only one of all staff is helpful and understanding. The rest is just nicely sitting for decor. If you do not deal with that helpful one, just leave as you?ll loose your time and day without positive results. I?m banking with other bank too, never ever met any staff like this. sad.

Arrived to the branch at 16.58. I appreciate it was last minute but my train was late and it was still 2minutes before the closing time. I only had to change my address, which probably take one minute. The door was closed. I waited outside the door waving at the casher. After a couple of attempt one of the two ladies approached the door saying that they were closed and showing me her watch indicating one minute past 5pm. I am sorry but 2minutes before closing time is still time to be opened. Two guys who were there just after me got ignored completely.

I was part of the Hounslow branch before and I moved to the Kingston Branch last year, and I love TSB as a bank. But this particular branch is not my favorite. Recently my card was stolen and I was panicking and worried so I called the branch. The person who picked up sounded really annoyed and told me she couldn't do anything until I came there in person. I apologized for sounding worried (I mean my card and money was just stolen). And they told me to cancel the card online and call back. When I called back twice they didn't pick up. I ended up calling the Richmond branch instead who were very helpful and they helped me by giving me a number I could call. I successfully cancelled and blocked my card and ordered a new one too.
