Although I got what I needed to do done, the staff member was totally disinterested, to the point of rude. They weren't at all busy (me and one other customer - and 5 members of staff) and yet I was made to feel like an imposition. Awful service (fortunately the manager was helpful.... untilI tried to mention his colleague's attitude, which he dismissed). With such a crowded market for tech, bad service is unacceptable.

Found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, even though they didn't have what I wanted. Offered alternatives and were patient with giving advice.

Overall ok, staffs are not the fastest but they try to be friendly. By the way, Three are scamming us for changing topup option to add ons lol. I wasted around 70£

Fantastic store and amazing staff. Ashley, Rutvik and Bilal were simply wonderful. I came in with a fairly complicated problem with my phone and they stayed with me for over 3h to make sure it was all sorted. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Extremely unsatisfactory quality of service and attitude to the customers.I dropped in the shop today with 2 questions to sort out with three sim cards which I have. And guess what ? Both my questions were solved with errors! The employee who serviced me added roaming to the wrong SIM card (not the one that I requested) and added contact details to the other (wrong) SIM card. The employee said the process will take 2 hours to finish and hurried me to leave the store.But when I received the confirmations at home and realised the three employee did a mistake. I was naive to think that if I return to the shop and ask them to correct their mistake, this will be sorted. Not at all. When I approached the shop 3 hours after I left it, I was abused and told off by 5 men-employees who were chatting to themselves about their personal things and accused me of being rude and threatened to refuse to service me if I will "continue to annoy them". I was told to sit down and silently wait until theses 5 employees will finish chatting between themselves.The result is nothing. Mistakes made to Three employees were not sorted. I was bulled and left the shop in tears.I think I will definitely investigate what Vodafone and others telecoms may suggest to the client with 3 contract SIM cards and a broadband. No service and quality can be more poor than what I receive from Three

I DONT RECOMMEND. Most of the time people in store would do anything to get you to sign a contract and when you call to leave the contract 14 days is the only limit but they will make you call the 03 and people on 3 support will send you back to the shop, call 3, back to the shop. Theres no clear directions and then you get stuck with them. Say the contract is 20 quid a month for 2 years and then suddenly goes 50 a month and no matter what you say they will take advantage of you.

From 3pm-4pm the lines are disengaged and constantly busy until closing time at 6:30pm. Tried 26 times.Wanted to know if it?d be a good idea to buy 2 contracts in store or over the phone via HQ.Probably best to avoid this particular store.

I don't know the name of the young man that served me, I should have asked. The worst service imaginable, RUDE & cocky. I needed a SIM for a phone that I'd been given as the one in my iPhone wouldn't fit. The two members of staff were busy so I sat & waited. A few minutes later two young men entered the showroom, from a door at the back, one had a bike, they were chatting & eventually one of them asked me if I needed help. I explained the situation but I was told that couldn't have a new SIM without identification of either a driving licence of a passport. I was upset as I'd gone in to Kingston especially to sort out the phone 'He said I'm very sorry about that' & got up & sat down next to a young woman (staff) I think that he was rudest person I've had had the misfortune to be served by & he shouldn't be in retail. I went home to get my passport & looked online to see where there was another branch of Three, I went to Chiswick where thankfully I was helped people who know how to treat a customer.

apparently the young lad doesn?t like his job . So poor customer service. Im not happy at all . Talking to someone who doesn?t even look at my face while speaking . Like he doesn?t give a damn . Will never return again . I wanted to buy a sim card with three but i won?t with this lake customer service + lake info provided . I?d prefer paying abit more yo other companies who does respect their customers.

1 star at a push.Me and my partner have been having issues regarding change of contract ownership for the past 6 months. We have been continually lied to for 6 months and told that that Three have been migrating their systems and that changing a contract ownership is not something they can provide. However, in the shop itself we are told the opposite - that the migration has been completed and that we can only change ownership over the phone.When went into the shop to try and resolve this issue once again today and we were met with passive aggressive behaviour and attitude from the shop employees the minute we walked in. Then, when the manager came to ?assist? us with our enquiry, all he did was passive aggressively tell us to call customer service as the system migration has now magically been fixed - we later called customer service for the 6th time and were once again informed it has in fact not been fixed and they cannot help us with our issue.The manager made no effort to actively listen to our query, let alone provide us with solutions. I kindly and politely expressed my frustration, dissatisfaction and disappointment with the overall service we have received from Three and how we have been treated, however, the manager would not hear it and started to argue with me publicly in the store. I could see that he was beyond reasoning with so I walked away and as I left the shop he continued to heckle me.As someone who has worked in customer service for almost a decade, this is completely unacceptable on every professional level. And judging from the other reviews of this shop I?ve seen, this is not an isolated incident either. It is also evident as to why the shop is continually empty and devoid of customers.

Appalling service. Refused to give my elderly mum who travelled two hours a replacement simcard as she didn't bring it with her and demanded she returns with it so they can 'test' it. I was advised this wasn't necessary on the phone with Three, especially as they had conducted their own tests as had I, on multiple devices.Smells like one of their salesmen was trying to sell something to her instead. Pathetic service, on top of the abysmal mobile network speeds across Greater London. the only redeeming feature of Three used to be that it was by far the cheapest.

Disgusting Customer Service from Bilal - should be fired!!!
Went into the shop at Clarence Road Kingston on 10th October 2023 to purchase a phone, Was informed by their sales representative that a deal was ongoing with the Honor 90 phone and I agreed to purchase it. The colour requested was not available at the shop but the manager informed me that a request for a phone was placed and to return to complete the transaction on 13th October. Returned on 13th October and was informed the phone had not arrived was requested to return on 14th October. Went back to the store on 14th October and spoke to the manager Bilal, who was the rudest most disgusting person. He was rude, condescending, patronising and tried to gaslight me. He questioned me about the race of the person I spoke to regarding the phone. Tried to make it out that I was lying about the deal and asked me to prove that a dealt with the Honor 90 phone existed. He then went on to essentially call me a liar and say no such request or deal existed. He was ignorant and had no customer skills or knowledge. He then went on to lie about the system and process of ordering a phone at Three. Bilal should be fired from his position. He was patronising and misogynistic in his communications with a female. It is a disgrace that Three Kingston would hire someone as ignorant, rude and lazy as him on a shop floor let alone as a supposed manager.
