First estate agents I have dealt with who have backed up all the talk, and kept a high standard of service the whole way through the sale.Fantastic communication with both ourselves and our buyers, and if our agent was on annual leave, someone was in place to keep things running smoothly.Our sale was as stress free as you could possibly hope for, and I put this down to their service, and the rapport they clearly built with the buyer.
