Hands down, best roast in Kingston and it's surrounding areas. Lovely service, good selection of beers, good atmosphere, but most importantly excellent roast. I only regret not coming back here once more, as I only came to visit from another country as I don't reside in Kingston anymore. But next time I'm visiting family, this will be my to go pub for a lovely roast. Also the fact the pub is next to the river gives it a lovely ambience. Also, also! Years ago, when I lived in Kingston, a fight broke out, outside these premises down the river and someone injured my foot, the people working here back then, which would have been like 12 or 13 years ago during Kingston carnival, gave me some first aid while I waited for the ambulace, so thanks for that, even though I doubt the people working here now are the ones that worked there 13 odd years ago. But thank you The Ram pub for that haha ??

The steak sandwich at the Ram Pub is nothing short of extraordinary. Not sure whether to order it as pub steak sandwiches have often let me down . But from the first bite it was clear that this wasn?t your average steak sandwich. The steak was cooked to perfection?tender and juicy, with every bite seemingly melting in my mouth. It?s rare to find a sandwich where the steak holds its own, but this one absolutely shines.
What stood out most was the quality of the steak itself. It wasn?t chewy or tough like most pub sandwiches can be; instead, it was as if the steak had been carefully chosen and expertly prepared. Each bite was packed with flavor, making it a truly memorable sandwich experience.
If you?re a steak lover or just someone who appreciates a well-crafted sandwich, the Ram Pub?s steak sandwich is a must-try. It?s a perfect example of comfort food done right?simple, delicious, perfect.
