Extremely Disappointed with Product and Customer ServiceI recently purchased two toys from The Entertainer's Bentals Mall store in Kingston upon Thames, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. One toy (LOL Toy) item I bought was packaged in a sealed box with a picture on the exterior that did not accurately represent the contents inside. Upon opening the box, I discovered a significant discrepancy between the advertised product and what was actually included.When I attempted to return the item, I was met with resistance from the staff, who denied my request and displayed unprofessional and discourteous behavior. This interaction not only left me feeling frustrated but also deeply disappointed, especially as my daughter was present and felt upset by the situation.Overall, my experience with The Entertainer has been highly disappointing. Not only was the product misrepresented, but the customer service I received was unacceptable, especially their customers are mostly family. I would caution others to carefully consider their purchases from this store, as my experience has left me hesitant to return.

Full Marks!Exceptional and Outstanding service from Rebecca.I was looking for an item and approached Rebecca for assistance.- Rebecca went above and beyond to deliver a high level of customer service.- Rebecca from the start greeted me in a polite and courteous manner and asked how could she help showing energy, interest and enthusiasm.- Anytime I asked a question, they responded in a positive way providing options and using courtesy words throughout the conversation.- Instead of just advising that the item was not available, Rebecca checked her sheets and systems and even went around to the stockroom to check which most staff in other stores would not bother doing.- I was confident in Rebecca's ability to take personal ownership and responsibility showing appreciation for me as a customer and being positive.Overall a 5 STAR service!Thank you

Highly recommended.Big fan of Entertainer, loads of cheap toys with nice staff. Their staff are always from such diverse backgrounds. I also appreciate the Christian background of this company where they close on a Sunday. Most businesses are money grabbers and with Sunday being the second busiest day in the retail week, this company puts morales and staff in front of profits.
