Asked for gold service but they said they would only hoover inside and wash outside for that price. False advertising and lazy!

Left a large scratch on the side of the car and left circular scratches from circular cleaning movements.

I paid £35 for an inside and outside wash. Mud splatters were left outside and the inside had not even been hoovered. Dust remained all over the interior and seats&carpet covered in crumbs.I send an email to them the day of the ‘wash’ (2nd of August) with photos and have still not received a response.Don’t waste... read full comment
