The slim man that works here in the day, has absolutely disgusting customer skills, there is lots of people in this community complaining about his behaviour. I have witnessed him being rude with a lot of customers even elderly customers, I have also got into alterations with him because of his rudeness, I don't know who he thinks he is but he's drawing himself the wrong attention, if he doesn't want to be in this line of work then he should get another job somewhere else. The rest of your staff that work in the evenings are very friendly and respectful and courteous and know how to deal with the public accordingly. Something needs to be done about this guy because like I said he is drawing himself the wrong attention..There are people in this community that have just about had enough of him an his rudeness. Nobody expects to go into an establishment an be spoken to how he speaks to people. It is not on at all. .Follow up massage, the fact that you are sending customers the same repeated message tellingpeople to contact the BP customer service team, you know full well you are not a BP station your station it is run by a different company, BP only supply your fuel, so by urging people to ring a number that you know they are going to get nowhere you are fraudulently giving people the wrong information. Homework has already been done and we know that you are a not an original BP station hence the reason it is so disgusting inside and this particular staff member thinks it's ok to be rude to near enough every customer that walks in there. I sure hope your garage is investigated because it's disgusting what is going on. And I will say it again for people that may not have realised, even though you display a BP sign outside it is not a BP garage BP only responsible for providing the fuel . This garage is as crooked as they come beware!!!

Beware: Fuel Pump Dispenses More Fuel than Max Tank Capacity - Terrible Customer Service at BP Ham Cross Service StationRating: ?TL;DR: Avoid. Pump Dispensed More Fuel Than My Tank Capacity. Terrible customer service from both station and BP. They refused to investigate and suggested I pay for retesting the pump. A frustrating and disappointing experience.I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at the BP Ham Cross Service Station, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment.Upon fueling my car, I noticed a significant discrepancy in the amount dispensed compared to my car's tank capacity. To my astonishment, the response I received from both the station management and BP's customer service was not only dismissive but utterly unhelpful.Despite providing evidence of the discrepancy, including my receipt, I was met with a complete lack of willingness to investigate the issue properly. Instead, I was told that I should bear the cost of retesting their pump if I wanted a resolution. Frankly, this suggestion is bizarre and unacceptable.I found out that BP Ham Cross Service Station is independently operated by GOLDLINE PETROLEUM (UK) LIMITED. And it has very little to do with BP. However, as a customer who consciously chose to purchase fuel at a BP branded station, I hold BP accountable for ensuring the high standards and integrity of their brand. This experience has shown a significant gap between the brand promise and the reality at this station. Customer service should be paramount, regardless of ownership, and this incident reflects poorly on BP as a whole. In conclusion, my visit to the BP Ham Cross Service Station was nothing short of a disappointment. I would strongly advise other customers to exercise caution when considering this station for their fuel needs, as my experience has left me with a deep sense of dissatisfaction and frustration.Overall Rating: ?

I wish I could give a 0 star review because one of the worker has the audacity to approach my kids and say ni hao to them and proceed to take out his phone and taking a picture of my kid never experience such horrible customer service. We are local customer and has never happen to us before , the worker was outside when he approach my kids who is barely 3 with my teen daughter. This is disgusting behaviour it doesn?t matter what race we are. That was unacceptable behaviour towards your customer .I hope you reconsider your employee and who you hire.

HiToday I came to the small BP Store in Ham to put air into my tyres!I was refused to pay by card for the £0.60 token for the air machine unless I?ve spent £3!I had to drive with half flat tyre to another Station! But not BP!I find this very extraordinary that BP does not care about safety and it only cares about money! Thanks

The smallest petrol station in the world. Everyone gets in everyone's way. No direction control. Even then it's busy.
