We were at Suit direct Kingston last weekend and Rahul was absolutely amazing. From walking in, we didn?t want to leave. He made us feel so welcome and was incredibly polite and super friendly. Extremely frustrating experience. First ordered a suit with alterations and they failed to call when it was ready to pick up. Chased them and it had been there for days. Picked it up and they failed to give me the waistcoat. Apparently giving my name and order isn't enough. Employees didn't care or take responsibility or try to fix the situation. £400 for a frustrating experience and dealing with people that can't even do the most basic of job. Save your money and shop elsewhere if you want to deal with people that understand what customer service is.

Ordered a pair of shoes online, Mansell in brown yesterday, paid premium delivery, but what arrived was a set of newmans in brown, wrong shoes, very disappointing,Contact number on website for customers is not working from either a landline or mobile, called store in swindon, they advised they were unable to help,Now waiting upto 3 days for email response,What a waste of time, frustrating service

Lady showing us around couldn?t seem more disinterested if she tried. Wouldn?t let us try anything on as apparently there was nothing in my partners size (32/32) & large on top so not really sure why. Her other co-workers continued to give me dirty looks as I walked around the store looking.Do not go here if you?re looking for a nice experience buying your wedding suit.
