It?s a shame I?m leaving this review, I?m really into Starbucks at the moment and it?s become my coffee shop of choice, however I would not recommend this one. The guy taking the order was extremely rude and dismissive, when asked to have my coffee the way I like it, I was told they can not do that. Even though I had ordered this drink at other branches 1000s of times, he then just waved me off and sent his supervisor over (I did not ask for a supervisor) she was not much better help and simply told me they can?t do a coffee the way I like it and it has to be their way only?. Basically if you like to customise your coffee to your preference, avoid this branch as they obviously can?t do something that?s not (standard)

The coffee was great. The staff who was on the till, Amanda, was lovely. She smiles and greets customers. That was great service from her. A smile makes the day brighter, thank you Amanda.

I am giving 5 stars today because of Saif. He was going above and beyond today when he served me for my specific requests to my drinks. He was so friendly with other customers as well giving them tap water etc. The big smile and helpful attitude makes this Starbucks stand out!!

Such a bad customer experience, teach your employees how to treat customers. Starbucks attracts customers by the brand name, nothing else, one of the worst coffee ever also the guy who?s serving should learn how to serve politely if u need your customers to come back. Omg such a rude approach. Never gonna go to any Starbucks because its the second store that Ive received a bad experience. I request the management to train the employees on how to provide a good customer service.

Sunny Sunday, Now charging £3 for a take away espresso ! .. I questioned the price and they said they have to charge that to meet operational costs.. really? Maybe you should consider closing down then you wouldn?t have any costs and people wouldn?t get ripped off,. ..

Very good location and a nice place to relax with a cup of coffee after browsing the stores. Fairly large seating area and good coffee. The staff are also lovely.

Best Starbucks ever! They know me by name and what I drink! Really get to know their locals, cannot fault them, always a nice place to get some work done!
Dietary restrictions: I can only have oat milk and whatever oat milk they have is the best!

Ordered two tall drinks. Person on the till said that's the smallest size and I replied that that's what I want. Another person comes over and proceeds to show us the different size cups and repeats that tall is the smallest. Again, replying that is what I want. Painful experience for no reason.

Really like this Starbucks! It's quite peaceful, plenty of seating, and the staff are really nice. I like that it stays open a bit later than most cafes in the area too.Can't comment on the food as I'm celiac and Starbucks stopped doing their gluten free sandwich :(

Plenty of seating and plug sockets to park up and work remotely, wi-fi was on point and my latte hit the spot.Was there for a couple of hours and staff didn?t clear tables. Tables were also grubby and seats covered in crumbs.
